The day before my b-day, I was out "just looking" for a used car, and stopped at Harte Nissan. I pulled in, and drove right pass the customer parking until I heard a man's kind, gentle voice. "Ma'am, park over here in the shade". He was pointing to a clearly marked, customer parking area. That man was Greg Williams, my ideal salesman. Greg was so patience, so knowledgeable. His personality was similar to meeting a long-lost friend, who now sells cars. He heard everything I said about what I was hoping to find, and what I could afford. It was a great afternoon, but unfortunately, I was denied financing. Greg pomised that he would call me after he did some research. The day after my b-day, Rob, the General Manager called. He asked me a few questions in regard to my financial situation. He was so easy to talk to, we were brainstorming together, bottom line, find a co-signer. Maybe I could, maybe I couldn't. Rob was going to call me in a few days. Less than a hour later, Greg calls and is crazy jubilant! "Maureen, Rob got you financing, he's an amazing man! When can you come to get your new car"? Long story short, I call it creative financing! I met Rob briefly to thank him. He gave me a sweet smile, then turned to help a customer. It was like I was thanking him for a cup of coffee! I really wanted to hug him, but he was behind the counter. While I waited for my New Car, I overheard several of the staff compliment him for how he manage to find a bank to finance me. Rob just smiles, no ego, no bragging, no looking for praise. I was in desperate need for a car that was younger that the 2003 hunk of junk I had, that was constantly breaking down. Now, I can drive out to Oregon to live, to be a grammy to Goldie, my 1st grandbaby! All because of those people at Harte Nissan made it happen. I'm beyond happy!!

Traded my Rogue for aKicks. Nice comfort but I miss my CD player overall a good vehicle. Gets around very good. Good gas mileage as well

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

First new car in quite a while. I did a lot of research on the vehicle. I wanted a small car, so I checked with Kelly Blue Book, YouTube and other sources for information. I had made up my mind for what I wanted. I would have gotten a 2019, but they didn't have the color I wanted.

Am 65 and need a class on how to use touch screen to stream my music. No comfortable place for my phone or purse while driving. Also would love to have a passenger side arm rest.
