Great overall experience

When I started shopping for a new car, I knew I wanted a SUV, but didn't know what kind. My parents and I went to Orr Nissan of Fort Smith first and Michael Temple greeted us with a smile and upbeat personality. He showed me around the dealership and car lot, making the experience very informative and personal. As I was looking at the SUVs on the lot, the Nissan Rogue caught my attention. Michael happily showed me the vehicle, detailing the interior and exterior parts and functions. We took it for a test drive and I loved it! However, I didn't want to make a hasty decision without looking at other car lots first. My parents and I went to one other dealership where we spent maybe 20 minutes before leaving--the customer service was lacking and the experience was completely different from what Michael offered. We went right back to Orr where Michael came out and continued to talk with us about the Rogue. He described safety features, electronic features and basically gave a very thorough description of the vehicle. I didn't feel pressured into buying it and I honestly felt that Michael was giving me the best deal he could offer. I came back a few days later and purchased the Rogue. When the paperwork was complete and the SUV was ready, Michael presented it to me on the show floor and spent more time showing me how to connect my cell phone to the Bluetooth®, how to use the push start, how to work the cruise control, how to open the sunroof and what all the various buttons and controls did. I felt confident in using all the functions of my car because of Michael's help! I've had my Rogue almost a year now and Michael still keeps up with me every so often to make sure the Rogue is running efficiently and up to my standards. I can't say enough nice things about Orr Nissan of Fort Smith and the staff there, especially my awesome car's salesman. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend visiting them when looking to a buy a new vehicle. You won't be disappointed!
