My wife has always wanted a higher riding car, so, when I found out that this model was the same price as the other vehicle I looked at, the next thing I checked was to see if all three of our children's car seats would fit across the back. ✔ I showed it to my wife while on the test drive, and we both agreed that the rear cargo space was more readily accessible than our previous car's. ✔ The only thing I don't like is the lack of the ECO option to save fuel by having the transmission switch gears sooner. But it has cruise control, and you can't drive the car without the key inside the car, an anti-theft feature I can't recommend enough in this theft-riddled city.

After visiting numerous car dealership and trying to avoid getting hassled by MANY dishonest salesman. I was able to purchase my Nissan Rouge at Nissan of Queens. Mike the salesman was very professional and HONEST . Honesty is extremely important for me. Mike was straight forward , gave me a bottom line price that was within my budget. He configured out the paper work, went over ever detail with me. And he did it with PATIENCE. He was not pushy as the pervious salesmen I have dealt with. After dealing with Mike I was introduced to the financing guy Mr. Pollack . Such a great person . He was friendly, helpful, honest and very knowledgeable. We were still finishing up after closing hours and I did not feel rushed at all. Thank you to both guys for making my car buying experience the most comfortable. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family .

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car is awesome... for being a smaller car plenty of room for everything I need. GREAT GAS MILEAGE IS A PLUS. We are a baseball family and I can fit the gear in the trunk area, enough leg room my almost 6 foot tall husband fits easily.

I went in to the Boston Rd location after being called by one of their customer service reps, and as soon as I got there a salesman by the name of Daniel Mejia asked if I needed some help. Well, I did and he showed me and my girlfriend two cars and we test drove them, however I wasn't totally sure if I wanted a car or SUV, so after conferring with my girlfriend, we decided on an SUV. We signed papers, got plate & insurance and drove away the same day with no hassle. Other than it taken all day,because we test drove the vehicles-the staff, valets, salespeople were extra fun to be around and made my experience great. The lease for my 2015 Nissan Rogue was ending in August, and I was looking to replace with a new 2018 Rogue, with the new technologies and accessories that the vehicle now offered. I first visited the Nissan dealership at which I leased the 2015 Rogue, having been happy with what I felt was a good lease deal, and good sales and service. Knowing that end of the 2018 model year deals and promotions were in place from Nissan, I was expecting competitive lease rates. I was surprised by the lease rate I was quoted....and decided to shop around. I would visit Koeppel Nissan. I am a salesperson's nightmare, I will admit, lol, but try to get the best deal possible, and the most bang for my buck. I got much more than that from Koeppel, and my salesman, Danny Colon. A real professional, gentleman, and true to his word. He was most patient in listening to my preferences, and desire to cut to the chase, get the bottom line price, and to close a deal we could all be happy with. Danny, along with the managers Joe and Mike, as well as the finance manager, were all about customer service and satisfaction. I am looking forward to a great relationship with Koeppel Nissan, and trust the service department will be equal to the sales department as I enjoy my new 2018 Nissan Rogue! Danny Colon made it an excellent experience, and I will turn to him first when shopping to replace my other leased vehicle in a few months time. Kudos to Danny, and Koeppel Nissan!!!

I've owned my 2018 Kicks for three months and have put 7,000 miles on it. I have to be fair, so as a little upfront "disclaimer," I bought the Kicks after owning a 2013 Altima SL for 4 years, which I bought used and LOVED. However, after putting 100,000 miles on it quicker than I thought I would, I needed to trade it in with negative equity (there were other issues with the car that I couldn't afford to fix). So, it's important to understand I was a little spoiled before buying the Kicks. First, the Pros... The car seems to get decent gas mileage. By that, I mean that the electronic gauges indicate I get an everage of 32.5 mpg. Keep in mind that I put a minimum of 70 miles per day 5 days a week on this car, with 60 of those miles being low traffic highways in 55 to 70 mph speed zones. I love the parking assist cameras. These show an aerial view of the spot I'm pulling in or out of. After 30 years of driving, I'm still not the best at parking a vehicle, so this is a big plus for me. I also love the blind spot sensors. These alert both while driving and while pulling out of a parking space. Living in east Texas where tons of people drive oversized pick up trucks, with a car this small, that's a BIG plus when getting out of parking spaces! I like having two USB ports for charging that the back passengers can use. My teenagers find this the most important feature of the car lol. The backseat and cargo area are surprisingly roomy for the compact size of the vehicle. I love having a removable hard shell privacy cover for the cargo area as well. Finally, I like the way my Kicks looks on the outside. I get questions and compliments on it. It's a cute little car! Now the Cons... My main complaint is the size of the gas tank. It's like between 10 and 11 gallons. I literally have to get gas like every other day. Two and a half days, tops. I guess I don't understand why they'd build a car with great gas mileage, knowing consumers with long commutes would buy it, and give it a gas tank that tiny. The seats are like sitting on concrete. No exaggeration. It takes me 40 minutes to get to work, and yes, I'm a curvy girl, but my behind shouldn't start hurting the way it does after driving this car for only a short distance. There is one arm rest, for the driver of course... one. It's about 2 inches wide, covered with scratchy material, and not padded well at all. So, it's lose-lose whether you're the driver (uncomfy rest) or the passenger (no rest at all). For some reason, the designers thought it a good idea to use some cheap silver-coated pieces in the "high traffic" area of the arm rest/handle on the inside of the doors. Within a week, this looked scratched up and old. Not thought out well at all. The cameras, while I love the parking and blind spot assists, have to be cleaned a wiped down EVERY SINGLE DAY. Even after that, the rear one still looks blurry. Not once since I drove it off the lot has it looked like it did when I did the test drive. Now for the issues I hope to get fixed when I get the chance to take it back to Nissan for work... The technology has bugs. When I try to use my ipod (yes, I know, old school), the songs randomly skip, like literally similar to a scratched 45 record (also old school, I know). I had to switch my music to a USB flash drive, which works, but I lost a lot of options that come with ipod (for on-screen menus, etc.). The flash drive works, but I wish I could use my ipod. The display screen in the car (used for everything, of course... radio, ipod, satellite, parking cameras, etc.) doesn't work sometimes. By that, I'd say an average 3 times a week it freezes up or blanks out. I've had to pull over, turn the car off, and restart to get it working again. There's also the A/C - heater issues. The temperature doesn't adjust according to what the read out indicates. It literally blows either really hot, or cold. I can't feel the in-between temperatures or get comfortable a lot of the time. To be fair, I will update the last few paragraphs after my visit to the Nissan service shop.

I have been shopping around for another car for months as my lease was due to expire at the end of July 2016. I came extremely close to signing a deal three (3) times. First with Hyundai, who was my current lessor, then with Honda and Mazda. I was at the final stages of the deal with Mazda when my daughter told me that her close friend had just signed a deal with Koeppel Nissan for a Rouge and that I should at least entertain the idea before committing to Mazda. While very skeptical about dealing with yet another salesperson, I agreed (and I am so glad I did). I asked her for the name of the salesperson that her friend dealt with as I wanted to deal with the same person. At that point she gave me Chris Modugno's name. I called Chris immediately and introduced myself as a friend of a person who had just leased a Rogue with him. I explained to him, over the phone, exactly what I was looking for. He immediately made me feel comfortable and listened intently to my needs and most importantly my budget. I was immediately impressed with his impeccable customer service and professionalism. I went to the dealership the next day to meet with Chris to see the Rogue and hopefully sign the deal. The minute I met him and sat down to discuss all the specifics, I immediately knew that I was going to sign this deal no matter what. Of all the salespeople I met with over the last few months, not one of them came even close to Chris. He was extremely patient, informative, knowledgeable and an all around amazing salesperson. Unfortunately, the deal did not go through that deal due to issues on my end. Chris stayed in touch with me several times over the next few days informing me as to where we were in the process. He truly cared about me and my getting the vehicle more than your usual salesperson who, from past experiences, cares more about their commission .I am beyond thrilled to say that the deal did go through a few days later. I am extremely happy with my decision to go with Koeppel Nissan as it gave me the opportunity to experience customer service at its finest in Chris Modugno. There is no doubt whatsoever in my mind that I will stay with Koeppel Nissan when my lease is up. I WILL NOT recommend Chris Modugno and Koeppel Nissan to all my friends and family, I WILL INSIST ON IT!!!!! My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I should start by saying that the new owners management is doing an excellent job, everybody is friendly, and customer service is top notch, very nice atmosphere great energy, this is not my first visit to a Nissan dealership and i was highly satisfied, they go above and beyond for their customers, definitely coming back for my next lease in the future.
