I bought my Kicks brand new off the dealership floor in September, 2021. I have driven over 30K miles since my purchase. I am very pleased with my purchase. The car is the perfect size for me. The gas mileage is wonderful. It is very comfortable. My family has taken several vacations in the car and it has always performed wonderfully. I have always owned Honda Accords and Toyota Camry's until I purchase my Kicks. I wanted a CUV, but not a large one. I am very pleased with my purchase. The only negative is the CVT. It is slow to "down shift" when needed and is sometimes very hesitant off the line. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and plan on keeping my Kicks for many years.

I’ve been coming to this dealership since I’ve owned my My last 3 cars, Nissan & infinity, today was a minor problem with no charge, Zeigler could have inflated my bill, but serviced with no charge. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marty Swank, at Carmax, White Marsh. He was very professional, knowledgeable and not high pressure. We went in for just an appraisal of our car. He ended up changing our mind from a new car to buying a car from Carmax. We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester. It had everything I wanted and more affordable. It also had very low mileage. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I only had this car for a month and fell in love with it immediately. Hit another car in the rear while traveling the speed limit on a 75 mpr freeway. I am pleased to say I walked away from the accident with minor injuries. As I hit, my thoughts were that not only would I not walk away, but might not see another day. Car was totaled. I would have bought another but my local dealer didn’t have one so I got the rogue sport. After a couple months with it, I love it, too!

I like the safety features of the vehicle. Back up alarm is helpful as well as warning whenever someone is in my blind spot. The parking brake does not require a lot of effort to engage it disengage.

Only 300 miles. Car has a weird hum. Maybe just a bad tire or problem with the passenger side front wheel, possible bad hub bearing.

Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then…instead, we get the most friendly and personable salesperson- Cesar. This car met my needs. I wanted a smaller SUV type, but has room. The Kicks has plenty of room, safety features (I love), 3 USB ports, back-up camera and much more. Ride smooth and gets great gas mileage. Love it.

I have the SR model which is nice and sporty looking but as I knew before purchasing it is under powered. I am disappointed in the 12 gallon fuel tank. Even though it does get around 30 miles per gallon in the city I still feel like I'm spending way too much time at gas stations. The pump cuts off at 10 gallons and I have to SLOWLY pack the other 2 gallons in. No power seats and on power rear hatch. Just the right size for grandparents. A lot of nice options and I love the adaptive cruse control. No heat or AC vents in the back seat, could be a problem if carrying passengers. Seat material seems to be hard to clean and attracts lint. The auto headlight dimmer works good and is very handy.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

It's a decent car that I only looked at because it's said that it replaced the Juke. It did not. Looks cool from the outside but the interior is pretty plain. Better than Rogue if you don't want a car as big as the Rogue. I'd prefer to get the Juke back in the US.

Our salesperson was Faye. She was laid back and not pushy. I really appreciate her patience with us. We gave her a price point and she helped us to reach it. I wish all sales people were as professional and personable as she is. We would definitely recommend her and your staff for our future needs.

I ordered the KiaV9 but changed my mind when it got to the dealership. Even though I changed my mind Tom and Janella were still very nice. They did not pressure me into that vehicle. I like the vehicle a lot. Something I was wary about was the reliability as I had read reviews of the car losing power, the jerkiness of changing gear, and the crash detection sensor going off randomly. I had to replace the MAF sensor 3 times within the first month or two of owning the vehicle. I then came to realize it appears to be an electrical fault, when the crash detection sensor goes off (randomly, usually in rain or bright sunlight) it creates an issue with the vehicle's performance. I have started turning off the sensor every time I get in the vehicle and haven't had a single performance issue since. Long road trips through Washington rain and sunny Arizona. Disappointing to have to be inconvenienced, but it's a two second fix when I start the vehicle for a wonderful and fun and sporty ride.

I purchased a Kicks the first year they came out (in 2018) and loved it then. But I moved to a small town that is mostly rural was was afraid to keep it since the winters here can be pretty bad with snow. I (unfortunately) traded my Kicks for a Nissan Rogue Sport AWD. There was nothing really wrong with the Sport, but after going through a couple of bad winters, I found that it wasn't as awful as I feared so this year I decided to go back to what I really loved. I traded the Sport for a new Kicks SR. I am so glad I did! It's even better than I remembered. Nimble, responsive, stylish - just plain AWESOME! Nissan has done an incredible job. Totally in love with my Kicks!
