Great customer service! I never felt pressured to buy my new car, and every member of the team was friendly and knowledgeable. My car did have to go in for some minor service, but Revay and Aziz made sure the service was scheduled and completed shortly after purchase.
Kathy was wonderful. She was knowledgeable about the vehicles and if she didn't know she found out. She was patient with me and very helpful. Kathy never let me feel uneaany about buying a car from here. Jocelyn was wonderful also and very helpful. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had.
I always experience the very best service and professionalism at this dealership. I purchased the car here and have had 95 percent of the service performed at the service center. Richard Philadelphia has been my service manager the entire time and is second to none. However, the rest of the staff has been wonderful to deal with and Adam really worked well with me in addition to Richard for my last service order.
For the first time in years I can honestly say I'm very disappointed with this visit. I made an appointment 3 days prior to my trip from New Orleans to Ga and was told I had unused one to one points which was perfect. I got to the dealership and with an appointment still waited 2 hours plus I was told my points were no good anymore. Unfortunately the manager was not present but I will be following up.
My Husband and I bought an suv tonight from Robert. Our experience began with Ryan on the phone as he followed up on an internet deal. He talked with me about setting up an appointment and personally greeted us when we arrived. Robert was our sales team member and he was personable, honest and down to earth. He was up front about things in the car that we were looking at and didn???t push us to look out side of our price range. He was willing to help in anyway possibly and stayed an hour past closing to ensure we were taken care of. Jerome was the finance manager and he too was great! Walked us through the paperwork to minimize confusion and also stayed an hour past closing to take care of us. Ryan, Robert and Jerome made this car buying experience a memorable one. They made us feel welcome and treated us like family. I highly recommend this dealership.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This is the second car that I have purchase at Gwinnett Place Nissan, and I will always purchase my cars from them. This was my fourth dealership in four days, and when I arrived I was somewhat reserved because it was a larger office, but Allen was very professional when he greated me, and I was very surprised when he wanted to do a test drive right away, I had to ask him did he needed my drivers license, he was so polite I could not believe it. He was helpful in explaining my choice of vehicle, the contact agent how answered my online quote. Everything when so smooth, he???s my smooth operator ???Micheal Jackson???. Smile!!!
