You're checked in and everything just seems to hum along. the real story is the attention paid to the vehicle. I had some intermittant noises I didn't know what to attribute to. Of course when I showed up to the dealer, it wouldn't make the same noise! But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM!
I???ve gone there to get my service for my new car for a year and a half! They have great customer service. Great ammentaties in the waiting room. Especially that I have a baby and 6 year old they can play in the kid room and eat popcorn for the 6 year old.
Sunny was easy going, knowledgeable, clear explanations, fair price, confident, did 150% to stay with us through to final drive-away!! Highest recommendation! He was reassuring on all our concerns as new all electric buyers! Flo c.

Carson Nissan is great about getting you appointment as soon as possible. Each time I've been in they have completed the work in a timely and careful manner. Recently, we had an issue with our Rogue that was not covered under warranty. Ryan, my customer in service rep, recognized that the issue was not caused by us and contacted both Nissan and the service manager at Carson Nissan to advocate they fix the issue as if it was covered under warranty. Happy to say Ryan called recently say they would cover it. Thank you Ryan! Your commitment to the customer is without question.

I must say it was the first time I'd been to a dealership and the pressure was not turned up! Betty listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As I realtor I didn't want to be "sold" to..and she didn't come off as a salesperson but as someone who really understood my needs and my search for the perfect car!
