Best car buying experience I???ve ever had! We researched and prepared, which I highly recommend, and then met Paul, Nick, Steve, and Kim. Great team, seamless transitions. We bought a Nissan Leaf, and so far could not be happier. Steve is truly the EV guru, going above & beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the features and new way of driving. The initial vehicle we???d chosen was being transferred from another dealership, and when Bill Kay Nissan learned there was damage, they found us a similar vehicle that happened to come with some extra touches but they picked up the expense to ensure we were happy customers despite the relatively minor delay. We didn???t expect that, and definitely appreciated it. In a follow up email to my first survey, I was asked to include any recommendations I might have. This has nothing to do with the dealership, per se, but maybe they can help: with the purchase of a new Nissan Leaf, Nissan currently offers an EZ Charge (???no charge to charge???) card for use at public charging stations. So far, I haven???t been able to register the card to activate and use it, which I found (after searching online) seems to be a common issue. It would be great if Bill Kay and other dealerships would work with EZ Charge and Nissan to improve this experience???maybe even help their customers get it working before they leave the lot. Thanks, Bill Kay Nissan!

The ride is great and has the feel of a regular gas engine car although much quieter because of the electric motor. The body styling has i,improved and it looks more sporty. Overall, it is a great ride and love not going to the gas station.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Any little issue I have with my car do to me being so paranoid, they all have the patience to deal with me. Called in one morning, had a problem. I called, they scheduled me and sure enough.. they took care of the problem. I told them I had stuff that needed to be done, and sure enough... they got me a rental in no time. I got my first EV in 2004, so I have had a few of them. I recently replaced my 2015 Leaf S with a 2019 SL Plus. Compared to the older Leaf, the 2019 is an outstanding vehicle in every way. I love the e-pedal capability, which reminds me of the Mini-E. The car handles well and has decent acceleration. The range of the new Leaf has been great, even at 88% charged (max I have done so far) the range is over 200 miles, and even on the highways at speed the range seems to hold up. Yes, you can get more range in other cars. Yes you can spend less money. Overall though, the Leaf is a proven and practical car with excellent range and utility for the dollar.

This is the way car buying should be! No pressure to buy no sales person chasing you down, ridiculously huge inventory all makes from Alfa Romeo 🚘😘, to Maseratti, from BMW to Nissan any car you can imagine they carry at a very decent price. My experience was out of this world, from tasting Cuban coffee to life's conversations.I'll definitely recommend this dealership. Alberta takes customer service and sales to a whole new level. I had a great experience buying a car this month. The negotiation was fair. I had some competitive quotes that Lakshman was able to work with and compete. He was able to be among the lowest and everything was handled in a patient and cooperative manner. The pickup was quick and clean with him explaining all the features of the car and their use. No sales pressure or add on's with all the costs spelled out clearly. All in all a smooth transaction and a trust that Laksham and the Stolhman staff work in with an honest integrity. After several trips to different dealerships with less than thrilling experiences, (being haggled, being swarmed by different salesman while walking from my car to the dealership, having vehicles that I had appointments to see be sold by the time I drove an hour to see them, being cat called while walking through the dealership, having a salesman knock on my window while I drove through a lot, having salesman talk to my boyfriend instead of me... I'm buying the car, not him... etc) I finally felt comfortable at a car dealership. I called CMC to inquire about a vehicle and although I was hesitant because they're over 90 minutes from home, I decided to just give it a shot. Jake listened to me on the phone and when I got there, the one car I wanted to see, was waiting for me. He didn't try to sell me on anything else, and he didn't push me to get the vehicle I was interested in. He was simply there for my questions and gave me enough space to check it out without feeling like someone was breathing down my neck. I decided I wanted the vehicle and I told him what I could afford for a payment. CMC made it happen. They knew I wasn't going to budge, and they respected that. I looked at the car on Saturday but I could not purchase it until Tuesday. They held the car for me over the weekend, and then waited until I could make it back there on Tuesday night. They closed at 8pm and I could not get there until 7:30pm. After jumping through hoops with the insurance company, I signed all my paperwork by 9pm. Jake was the only car salesman who truly showed me respect and patience. I know he's making sales, but he is doing it the right way. He's not pushy, he was able to read me and he kept thanking me! xxxx, he did most of the work! Thank you Jake and CMC! I'm a tough nut to crack, but I am very happy with my decision to do business with you all!

When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I made a 6-hour trip from Kansas to purchase my third vehicle from Longmont Ford. I used to live in Colorado when I made my first purchase from Longmont Ford and they earned a repeat customer. As usual, the experience only solidified my already strong opinion, which is why I go out of my way to give them my business. This dealership is simply the best! They openly admit and are unashamed of being built on Christian principles, which is evident in the Christian radio stations and Bibles on their desks. And, most importantly, it is evident by the integrity and personalities of the employees I dealt with. There was no pressure, but they provided plenty of assistance when requested. I hate typical dealerships and usually feel "violated" when I leave. This was not the case at all with Longmont Ford. At Longmont Ford, I dealt with two salesmen, as they were unusually busy on a very rainy weekday. There were multiple people purchasing vehicles at the same time and all the employees were diligently supporting each customer in a professional manner. Switching between two salesmen was seamless and never hindered the process. Brent Rogers and Rich Waters were the two salesmen, and then obviously I received support from others, such as finance, the people involved with estimating and looking at my trade, etc. Brent and Rich were extremely honest, very friendly, knowledgeable about the product, patient, and frankly enjoyable to deal with. Although they were busy and this was a purchase near closing time, they never indicated a hurried attitude to complete the process. Brent worked with me to find the F-150 that met the color and options I wanted. He even transferred one from a storage lot, so I would be able to see it to make my final decision between two different trim levels. Rich handled the majority of the transaction after I decided on the vehicle. I also traded in a vehicle, which was my first trade ever. Rich worked with me on the trade. What can I say? A very pleasurable and pressure free experience; an incredible dealership with so much integrity it is truly enjoyable to do business; and, a beautiful truck. While I have always been a Ford guy, I am raising four kids to enjoy Ford products and Longmont Ford as a dealership. Two of my kids own the Ford Focus and the Ford Fusion we purchased previously from Longmont. Longmont Ford is building a loyal customer base for the future and I recommend as many people there as well, especially my friends who still live in Colorado. By the way, I reluctantly stopped at a competing dealership in the south metro area, simply because they had a specific truck in stock I was interested in. The experience was so much different and they wouldn't even come close to the posted price on the internet of Longmont Ford, for the exact same vehicle with a different color & one extra option. The MSRP of the Longmont vehicle was more, yet Longmont's upfront price on the internet was $2700 less than the competing dealer would offer me and only only after I went through the typical dealership negotiation process. After I left they called to see if I changed my mind. I told them, "no, I am driving to Longmont Ford to purchase a truck," which I did. I feel guilty for even tempting myself at another dealership, but it provided additional confirmation of the pleasure and uniqueness of the Longmont Ford purchasing experience! I love this dealership! Upon arrival someone immediately came to my service and asked exactly what I had in mind so I didn???t have to walk around aimlessly looking at cars I couldn???t afford or didn???t like. My Sales guy Steve asked me to sit tight for a minute & to my surprise he rounded up a series of vehicles that fit my requirements & needs. He then allowed me to test drive my top choices & without hesitation made me feel like he had my best interest at heart didn???t give me a boat load of sales pitches he cut right to the chase which I liked. I had such a great experience with Steve that my best friend, her mom, and my niece each bought a new car, and then my mom ended up buying a car and a truck cause they were offering such a great deal with a warranty. Everyone was really nice & helpful, even the manager made it a point to come to come over to say hello & asked if I needed help with anything. Truly a great atmosphere, very attentive, great customer service, and super friendly! I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car/truck to check them out first you you won???t be disappointed!

My family and I came in on Sunday afternoon to look at a particular car we had seen online. I told the front desk assistant we needed help. We went to the showroom and found the car in there. What a nice surprise ! I LOVED that!! - even being a used car, plus it was raining. Randy came out and said someone would be with us. Then Janay came out and greeted us and said she isn't in sales, but wanted to help us and would take us for a test drive bc everyone was super busy. We fell in love with the car. And wanted to put our app in. We mentioned to Janay that we were making a decision that day and had seen the same car in VA the day before and whoever could get us the better rate / price is who we are going with (although my vote was for this one -no matter what.) ha! Janay came back and kept checking in on us in the conference room, brought crayons and colors for my kids, water, talked to us and kept mentioning how busy they were- everyone came in at one time and everyone was purchasing. She was great! Then we met Saqib, the salesman. He was very nice. Took my info for the app. He came back a while later and said the interest rate, payments and before my mouth could open up, 'husband said "DEAL!" I was so happy!! We signed the paperwork, Saqib and Randy answered all our questions / concerns. Everyone was very nice. The location is BEAUTIFUL!!! Decorating was incredible. The only thing (wasn't a deal breaker ) but was told the car had the Heads up feature. Janay did her best to find out, but no one was able to figure it out. And might have been understaffed. We were there a little over 3 hours and bought the one car we came to get. It might normally take that long, it's been 12 years since I bought one! I would def recommend to friends and family. Saqib and Randy are still calling and texting me with my questions!
