Used 2014 Nissan Maxima for sale near Leesburg, VA

I had a 2002 Maxima. It made it through me, my daughter then son. I then decided to purchase the 2014 before the new 2016 model came out. What a smart move. I think this is the best model made. CVT is smooth. Its glides at 90 plus miles an hour. It jumps from 75 to 100 when you punch it on the expressway. I sold it to my son.....he is talking about selling it. I am going to buy it back if he does.

My experience purchasing a used Mercedes-Benz from Lexus of Portland was great. Communication was quick and responsive, and Cortland felt very transparent and friendly showing me around the car, going through all documentation, and even reading up on the model prior to my visit which I did not expect given it was a Lexus dealership. I am not a "car" person but am enjoying this vehicle. The keyless entry, sun roof, heated seats, etc.....the style of the body is very nice as well. Roomy enough for 5 people. I had looked at a variety of cars but for the value this was the cars for me.

I bought my 2014 Nissan Maxima used with 35k miles on it in 2016. I have had the car for almost 4 years and I have loved the car. I have not had many issues with it. The car drives well and is very comfortable, it has plenty of head and leg room ( I am 6'4 350lbs) and my kids can fit in the back with plenty of room with my seat all the way back. It has plenty of power and the CVT works well, the onoy down side is slightly less power from a dead stop than an automatic, but after 30mph it is plenty fast. I did a few custom things to mine just to make it unique and pop a little more. Paets are fairly easy to fine and fairly inexpensive. I only gave 4 stars for performance and value for the money do to CVT acceleration from 0-25/30 and because it uses premium gas which is expensive considering it only get 18- 20 mpg. Overall great car and would buy it again.

This car will represent my independence. I own a 99 maxima. An I wish I still had it. This is my favorite car model an I want to own one again.

Friendly staff, not too pushy; however, Buyer Beware -- they do a great job making a car look great both in pictures and in person, but the car we bought turned out to have nearly non-existent brakes, badly worn rotors, and, unfortunately, engine damage from having been run with little to no oil in the past. We checked the oil in the parking lot, looked new and topped off, and no signs of leaking. Didn't check the exhaust pipe, however, which would have given a clue to the amount of oil the engine was (is) burning. We discovered this upon getting a 120K mile service interval one week *after* purchase from XDrive -- they pulled the oil filter and there was a TON of metal shavings in it, and we soon discovered that its burning oil at the rate of approx. one quart per gas tank or six hours of driving time. Only way to have found this was to have it checked by a mechanic *before* purchase.
