Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.

I think this vehicle is the best very spacious, compact and hold the road very well. Most definitely would recommend this car to anyone look to purchase one.
Certainly will purchase a car from Todd Lloyd! He cares about his customers and gave me the right information so I could make the best decision.

My husband swears by Nissan (quality, reliability, etc.), but I had never owned one. Well, I can't say enough how happy I am with my 2016 Nissan Maxima!! It is sporty, handles well, plenty of room in front, back and trunk for my family of three. It is so sleek, we refer to it as the "BatMobile!"
Ken, Todd, and everyone at Tom Wood Nissan made the car buying process truly enjoyable. They were knowledgeable and patient while I made my decision. I really appreciate all their hard work in helping me find my car!

This car is the car I have been dreaming of. It has plenty of space. It hit everything I need in my car & more.
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.

I would not purchase this car with all the recalls that I’ve had to go through sunroom Motor needs to be repaired after three years but hardly ever used. Turning radius is very wide and card difficult to park
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

This is my fourth Maxima and is by far the best one I've owned. It has superior looks, comfort and performance. I believe that it is a superior car to my Mother's more expensive Lexus.
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.

Great customer service. They even let me drive a red 2019 Rogue until they got the color I wanted. The GM even came in on his day off to personally give me my keys and show me everything I needed to know about the car.

This has heated steering wheel, seats and mirrors. Pretty fast with 300 horses. And a lot of safety features like forward Collison warning, blind side assistance and sensors all around.
although we never met in person, I felt like I was being treated as there best customer. Carly was open, an honest, slog with the rest of the staff I spoke with. My sister and brother in law who I helped with the purchase said they were super nice people and treated well! Thanks

I was thinking and still am thinking about trading my bmw 328i in for a maxima. Just a much bigger spacious car not too high priced and has great technology
