After our incident on 11/28/2018. The dealership contacted me and offered to make things right. They apologized for what was an accident. I understand this and continued to do business with them by purchasing a truck. I would like to thank them for giving the extra mile and doing the customer right. I would do business with them again.
I saw the car I was looking for a good while for a great price at Sullivan’s. Got a prompt response when I called to see if the car was still available and came up from Southern NC. My salesman Brad was awesome in answering any questions I had and even checked in for my ETA the day of to make sure the car was ready at the front of the lot for me to check out.
No hassle at all or pressure in the slightest. Took it out for a test drive and was sold already. The car ran great and was in great shape as described by Brad. The trading and buying process was a breeze and I ended up getting more than what would normally be offered for the car on KBB. The GSM, Mr. Will Sullivan was beyond a class act. Very respectful, articulate, and very understanding. He’s a great guy who runs his business the right way. He took care of our paper work in no time, was extremely patient and willing to explain and address any questions or concerns. A real stand up gentleman. He locked us in a great APR, explained all warranty options and was very transparent and honest on fees and every other small, intricate detail other managers wouldn’t readily share with a customer. I couldn’t be happier with the trading process here.
After everything was signed and ready, Brad personally hand washed and assisted the detailing staff and had the car prepped and ready to go shining in no time. He’s a class act as a salesmen. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you have any questions on anything on their lot. He will respond promptly and do what he can to make sure everything is ready to go.
Sullivan has a HUGE selection and quite honestly, one of the most impressive lot and detailing/service bay you could find anywhere. They are the epitome of good business and honest values. Give these guys a visit, it’s well worth the trip and you’ll be treated with respect and feel at ease with some of the stress that comes with used car buying.

Great service I purchase a 2013 toyota tacoma the following week I got check engine light on I call Lisa plummer service manager and she toll me to bring the car nex day I drove the car to the chop Mr`pepe check my toyota he found the problem and make an scheduled to change the part great team work keep doing it and also Mr Mallie sales did very good job too

I was assisted by Edwin Modesitt. He was very down to earth, easy going, and extremely helpfull. They offered me a great deal on a Titan, that I passed up on in the end, not any fault of theirs, the truck just wasn't exactly what I wanted but very close. I hope they come across the vehicle I want i would purchase it from them in a second. Great people, awsome staff.
Just bought used Toyota Camry from Cowles Nissan. The salesman name Rusty was very honest professional answering every question we had just the best salesman I had ever encountered. He has many years of experience. He didn’t pressure us to buy the car. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of the cars and everything we were asking. I was driving by saw Cowles Nissan and decided to stop in, Nasser was great help and polite. He showed me around and I ended up purchasing a car. Need a car go see Nasser Hassan. Not pushy and know his stuff.
Had a dispute with the dealership. Salesman and some manager were unable to resolve or understand the mistake. The general manager Todd stepped in and with a simple phone call rectified the situation and resolved the matter. Speaks volumes when a GM takes a few minutes to call a customer showing their time and business is valued. Based on my experience with Todd I can honestly say he resolved the matter and cares to ensure customers concerns are heard.
This is an amazing company , has amazing customer service , and the staff are so helpful, I recieved help from one of the managers Mahtab, she’s very helpful and is willing to go an extra mile and help you out :) haha no pun intended! Amazing company , highly recommend
