Meets all need and very reliable. Got a lot of power under the hood than most stock sedan. A must to own one with the redesigned style.
The customer service experience was incredible. I would like to mention who was part of that team, Jim Desimone, general manager, Nicholas Duque Bdc rep, Marc Labow my sales consultant and finalizing it with Marcelis Harris in finance.

I would not purchase this car with all the recalls that I’ve had to go through sunroom Motor needs to be repaired after three years but hardly ever used. Turning radius is very wide and card difficult to park
Im sure everyone has bought a car and expects to get screwed or some kind of games to be played. I know I have been through my share. But my friend told me about Lynne's Nissan But now its Nissan Of Stanhope. Said to stop there and ask for Jose Gonzalez or Gary and they should help me out. So I did and I am pleased I reached out, Gary listened to everything I said and made sure I got what I wanted. He didnt rush me, pressure me, or anything like that just a quick and easy process to find the car I wanted and no last minute changes. He stayed with me the entire time and made sure I was happy. This has heated steering wheel, seats and mirrors. Pretty fast with 300 horses. And a lot of safety features like forward Collison warning, blind side assistance and sensors all around.
The sales department was absolutely amazing. They were very helpful and I felt no pressure to buy. That being said the service was so exceptional that I did buy my car from them and the financial guys were just as competent and attentive. My experience with the service department has been unmatched. The service department head Jamie and my service representative Anthony treat every customer like they are their most important customer. They both kept me very well informed and have gone out of their way to put me at ease. As a mother of two young children, their ability to keep me updated and get me in and out as quickly as possible has been amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for cars or service.
Got to say this dealership is great I recently purchase a 2011 Toyota Camry SE with 76,137 miles on it. Vehicle drives great no complain I traded my 2007 Mercedes Benz ML 350 with 126,000 miles on it and Sussex Auto Group dealer made my transaction smooth I came in and purchase vehicle and walk out in just 1 hour..
I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.

This car meet all my need and its exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't trade it for anything I'm very please with my purchase with panaromic sunroof,USB chargers,sports mode,leather, etc
I???ve always been quite skeptical regarding the used cars and particularly trade-in scheme, but my wife convinced me to give it a try. We found AMG Auto and their website and after a quick chat with their employee, Taji decided that it???s worth trying. So we chose the vehicle that fit our demands regarding price, size and so on, completed all the procedures with the financing of a deal and are now very happy with our new Infiniti JX35.

In short, this car has everything in it except a coffee maker. I am sure Nissan will find a way to have this as an option in the future.
This is our second Rogue we purchased from Irfan. In the world of car salespeople, he is the only we've come across that is direct , Honest and doesn't play the games most car salespeople play. He wasn't condescending and he treated me with respect. Being a woman, I have not been taken seriously at other dealerships which I recently shopped. My husband and I can't say enough good things about Irfan. If you are shopping for a Nissan look no further ... Go to Irfan!!!

I got a great deal on my 2017 Nissan Rogue that I purchased at Nissan 46. I dealt with Rick and Anthony they teated me with respect and honesty. The process was a little long but I am hapoy with the outcome.

My First Nissan!

My husband swears by Nissan (quality, reliability, etc.), but I had never owned one. Well, I can't say enough how happy I am with my 2016 Nissan Maxima!! It is sporty, handles well, plenty of room in front, back and trunk for my family of three. It is so sleek, we refer to it as the "BatMobile!"
Buying a car is not something most people enjoy including myself. I have to say that the employees at Bridgewater Nissan especially Irfan & Seth made the process a breeze. Even from the first time I called & spoke with Richelle on the phone, the customer service was excellent & that is what made me decide to drive over 100 miles to see what their dealership had to offer. I had been to other dealerships & been treated like a number. With Irfan & Seth it was different, they made you feel good because they were willing to work with you on the pricing, even though their pricing is the best I've seen out there. For myself, I loved the fact that they were not pushy, I work in a customer service industry as well & I don't like to be a pushy sales person. Irfan was very informative, answered my questions & ultimately let me make my own decisions & I am grateful for his help along the way. I have had a Nissan for the past 10 years & thanks to the great staff at Bridgewater Nissan I will continue to support the Nissan brand. The process was good, they know about their business but you gotta be careful in all the fees and expenses that are not disclosed at first. They tried to help you whatever is your situation but just don't feel pressure to take a rush decision
This was my second time visiting Nissan of Hawthorne. The first experience was subpar- but this second visit is what prompted me to write this review.
Many months ago I expressed my interest in purchasing a new car. The reasoning was because I had a bad taste of my previous car-buying experience and wanted to start fresh. I didn't know why I was paying the amount I was paying and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. I was referred back to the sales department to Bader.
Not only was Bader welcoming and knowledgeable, but he made me feel like I wasn't just another sale. I was a person with an experience he wanted to improve. I gave him my background of my car-buying experience and he ensured me he would do everything he could to get me the best deal.
He was very transparent about the price of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He gave me the breakdown of everything. He didn't do anything without me giving him the OK first. This was a huge aspect for me. Before, I felt like I didn't matter. But this time, I was in total control.
Working with Bader was Ahmed. He told me all the specs about the car, answered any and all of my questions, and was super personable from the moment I walked through the door. He listened to all of my awkward rants with a smile on his face. He personalized my experience so much that I felt like I left with a new friend! I could have not asked for a better sales experience with these two individuals. Please-- asked for Ahmed and Bader when you walk through the door. You will NOT regret it!
After that process, I was sent to see the finance guy. Previously, I felt like I was signing my name for hours on end. This time, Enrique made the process SIMPLE and TRANSPARENT. I was in there no longer than 5 minutes.
Overall--the new management at Nissan of Hawthorne blew me away with its kindness, patience, and knowledge. I am so pleased with my purchase that I will continue to go to this dealership for life!

My only wish for this car is AWD. That with this speed would’ve made this car top tier. It’s a great overall car, fast and with the SR package looks like a beast
