Buying a car from a dealership is more painful than a root canal. I was however pleasantly surprised by my experience with Balise Nissan of Warwick.Buying a car for my wife proved to be painless and effortless.It was a corrective experience and effortless as well.The car had all the features I wanted.The sales associate facilitated a positive buying sale.Austin Lusignan even followed up with phone calls to make sure we were happy.I will return to the Balise dealership for “my” next car.I hope Austin will be there to make the purchase painless and productive.

I would not purchase this car with all the recalls that I’ve had to go through sunroom Motor needs to be repaired after three years but hardly ever used. Turning radius is very wide and card difficult to park
With so many choices it’s hard buying a used car. CC was very informative and nature my car looks great The car was being serviced and I had to wait a week so I glad I waited the condition of the car is beautiful. Go see CC if u need a new car!!!

Love my car it’s sporty and fast!! Lots of leg space and big trunk . I would recommend it to anyone looking for a sleek and sporty car.
My husband swears by Nissan (quality, reliability, etc.), but I had never owned one. Well, I can't say enough how happy I am with my 2016 Nissan Maxima!! It is sporty, handles well, plenty of room in front, back and trunk for my family of three. It is so sleek, we refer to it as the "BatMobile!"
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Recently had my Maxima serviced. I worked with Don. He was a great employee. Made sure I was completely taken care of, and even checked in and followed up with me a couple times to let me know what was going on. I appreciate the hard work and great service. Keep up the good work.
In short, I blew my transmission. Within 36 hours, the service manager "Don" had my car back in my driveway purring like a kitten. The car was under a Nissan extended warranty but I was expecting a fight since it has been my experience that service managers like to take advantage of women. Well that did not happen. From the initial phone call, Don was knowledgable, professional and above and beyond courteous. He kept me updated along the way as well. Thanks to the technicians who repaired my car too. Great job. I will be a service customer here from now on.
Driving my new jeep is so much fun. It runs and drives well and I'm really excited about it. I bought it from Dave at colonial. He was really helpful and informed me about everything I wondered and had questions about. I will go back later when I needed another car.

This car meet all my need and its exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't trade it for anything I'm very please with my purchase with panaromic sunroof,USB chargers,sports mode,leather, etc
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
