customer service is not good . left in the blank. no communication. 2 hrs for oil change. walked around and just looked around. a manager giving an interview and gave my wife and I a bad look cause our neace was playing. Guess that was a bad thing on us.
We have been Ford owners forever but traded her in for a new Nissan Titan XD. We are thrilled with our new truck! Inside and out... we consider it an upgrade from our Ford truck!! Thank you Travis Miller for your patience and expertise with us throughout the choosing and buying process!
Still in the process, and the salesman is okay, but their email communications are jacked. The day after taking a test drive I receive an email asking when I want to take a test drive. An email supposedly from my salesman lists a cell number to another salesman. A young sales manager calls me on my cell asking when I want to come by and see the car...a few days after I've come by and seen the car. Spooky.
Dave met me before 7:00 am, and got me right in for my 30,000 mile service on my Sonata. He notified me of a couple of minor recalls that I had not received notice of from Hyundai, and had me out in under two hours. He helped me get my Hyundai information corrected, so it was a good visit. I drove past another Hyundai dealer to get there, and it was worth the drive...
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I went to Fiesta Honda and everything seemed smooth. Although it was smooth I felt as if the customer service was o.k. The salesman and the other sales manager I worked with seemed like they only cared just enough to not seem like a's. This made every minute uncomfortable to a degree, I felt like all I was happy with was the car, the price a bit, and just felt awkward through the process when I was with these guys. The only saving grace I believe was... Angela at he food counter in the morning shift, Vicki at the reception desk and Christopher(salesman) that day. Nonetheless great price, both good/helpful and figity/awkward people. The old saying personality makes the company is true. And this place misses the mark but still gets 3.5 stars
Desmond was the sales person we dealt with. Great experience. Desmond was not "pushy" in any way....answered all our questions what I considered accurately. He has a pleasant personality which adds to feeling comfortable. Very polite. Good overall experience.
Ryan is a wonderful salesman! He exudes professionalism, knowledge and expertise on all vehicles and purchasing process. First time ever my husband and I have felt excited and pumped about buying a vehicle. Also this was the first time we ever were given a detailed presentation on the safety and perks of our vehicle. Ryan knew what we needed vs. what we wanted. I appreciated his tactful straightforwardness as well. We highly recommend Ryan and this dealership in the future!
I've purchased vehicles from dealerships before and this was the most pleasant experience. I saw the purchased vehicle on line, called Nissan of San Marcos and was connected to Jessica. The whole time of working with her from the telephone call to going into the dealership she was helpful and professional. The best part was I never felt pressured to make any decisions from the sales floor to the F&I dealings. The deal was closed in less than two hours, including my test drive. Jessica and Theo are to be commended. Made car buying fun.
Dylan Dunford assisted my grandma, mother, and I in purchasing a car. My experience was great! Even though Dylan was new, he along with his other co-workers made sure that I was able to purchase a brand new juke. Dylan was very friendly and very polite to my grandma and mother. He made us feel very comfortable. Hopefully I won't have to purchase another vehicle for a while but when it is time, I will make sure to come back for the outstanding customer service.
