We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. The Gen 8 Maxima is pure pleasure, whether the mission is a Classy Date Nite or a Fun Sporty Drive in the Country side on Twisty roads. Handles like a dream with Plenty Power and instant pickup at the wheels as the throttle is opened up. Luxury and sporty with Awesome Head Turning till your neck twists off look... The CVT glides the car down the road with no jerky choppy gear changes - its like floating on a cloud when in normal driving, and Sporty Driving is very aggressive but smoother than butter when shifting in Sport Mode.
Natasha was excellent in understanding our goals for purchasing our new Honda Pilot including our list of "wants" and "pricing". She is an excellent sales person and Hopkins Honda is very fortunate in having her to represent their establishment. Not only did she follow-up on key issues regarding the selection of extra's but also on the final pricing. Her knowledge of how the vehicle preforms (new safety features and electronic devices, smart phone hookup, etc.) was definitely evident after she spent a good hour with us before we left the dealership with our new vehicle. I love my maxima. It is a beautiful designed vechile for a man or woman. The inside is modernize and innovate with stand features. The outside is luxury with a smooth build for a nice ride.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

The maxima has always in performance never disappoints, I’m a tall guy, so if your a wide and tall guy the cabin will feel tight but over all I love the sitting position. Trunk space is great. And I love driving this car on long distances for a small car it growls like a smarts car but rides like a luxury car.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Overall great car, sporty ride and comfortable! Perfect for everyday commute and long drives. Love the V6 300HP engine and looks aggressive. I recently purchased the SR Midnight Edition.
I have appointment for service. Stood and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to approach or help me but nobody came. Two staff was there by the computer. I tried to talked to one n i have to say excuse me twice before he even answer and look at me. He said that someone will come and talk to me when someone is available. A few minutes later same person I talked to approach me and asked what he can do for me. Didn't even say hi. After my service is done he said your air filter is dirty n hand me my keys n left. Didn't even tell me where my car is n i have to look for it. Very bad customer service. Unbelievable.
Carmax was a great place to purchase a vehicle. Friendly no pressure atmosphere!
The people in the business office, especially Alex, were very helpful and pleasant. Ryan, my sales guy was awesome as well.
They greet you with a smile every time!! They teach you about what they do, and they let you do the shopping! No pushy sales people, no pressure to buy, just a great time finding a car that satisfies what you're looking for!
Very professional, respectful, consultative/not pushy, don't need to be a negotiator to get a good/fair deal. It was an enjoyable experience and a dealer I am recommending to my friends.

I’ve had this car over a year and still get compliments on it. It handles really well and it’s very quick for a sedan. I’ve had zero maintenance issues. I bought it for the technology as it was more equip and better features than the Camry (which was what I was driving).
Super happy using cars.com. We were able to narrow down what we wanted before going to the dealers. Josh Hartigan was the perfect salesperson at Walser Nissan Coon Rapids and so was the car we found on cars.com.
Forest Lake Chrysler has far and away the best dealership I have been to. From the moment we walked it they moved with urgency and purpose. As busy parents with two kids we did not have much time. They quickly identified a car that matched our needs and even did a dealer trade to get us the exact options within one day. I could not have asked for any more from them.

I feel unsafe in his cart with my family the engine has been leaking since day one and Nissan America does not help anyone with their cars I call the better business bureau to get help
We had some credit issues and came to this dealership as they were recommended to help people with credit issues. We found a car and filled out our paper work and waited 24 hours for our approval. After submitting extra paperwork we were still waiting only to find out that the financing guy had left for the day and we were going to have to wait until the third day to finalize our purchase, We were ready to walk away and go somewhere else when they finally found someone to finish our paperwork and deliver or car. I felt that we were treated very poorly and the sales person almost lost a sale due to the poor performance of the financing person. I would question myself if I would ever return there if I was in the market for another car.

Great car, super performance and handling with plenty of room for the family but still have the sporty look and handling. This is my 5th maxima I've owned excellent cars.
From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was in on Saturday and everyone was very busy, but managing to go about their business in a pleasant and professional manner. An excellent group of men and women that take their job seriously and go the extra distance to offer help and assistance each and every time.
The car I bought from East Side Auto was a great deal with honest sales people so willing to help. There was no pressure to buy at all. I felt like family the moment I met the sales people. Yes hail damage but nothing I couldn’t get fixed if i chose to. Great experience and honest advice!
