I came to NSM looking for a used car and drove off in a BRAND NEW 2018 Sentra. Before I even step foot into the dealership, Radihya made me feel comfortable. I spoke with her briefly over the phone and explained my situation to her and she reassured me that they could work with me. I had car problems in the past which caused me to recently file bankruptcy and it also caused me to have some reservations with purchasing a vehicle. I had creditors turn me away, require a down payment of $4,000 or a co-signer and switch and bait with various cars, but Nissan South Morrow was different. From the beginning to the end, my experience was pleasurable. I was greeted by Dwain Nails who made me feel confident in myself and this purchase. I came right on in, gave him my personal documents and from there, we only went up. After pulling my credit report and seeing that my bankruptcy had been discharged, he reassured me that I was driving off with something today. A part of me believed him, but the other part was still uncertain to past expectations with car dealerships. He later came out, showed me a car and test drove it and I was sold!! He asked what was I comfortable with putting down as a down payment and I gave him a number. When he reassured me that???s all I needed, I knew this purchase was reality. I had to leave to attend a meeting at my son???s school, but Dwain provided me with the VIN number for insurance and promised to have everything finalized by the time I came back and guess what? HE DID! He was in constant communication with me the entire time I was gone and honest about EVERYTHING! Upon returning back to the dealership, everything was written up for the vehicle I test drove, but I decided to change the color. Dwain reassured me that wasn???t a problem and got everything switch out. I printed out my insurance cards and was ready to roll in less than 30 minutes. Candace, the Delivery Specialist was very helpful and informative. Even my experience with the Finance Manager, Garrett Smith was pleasurable. This was the best car buying experience I???ve EVER had! All of the employees were customer service driven and HONEST from beginning to the end. I WILL return to purchase my future vehicles!

I was inquiring about vehicles that fit a set budget, mileage, and year. After much searching (for about a week and definitely all day on the 26th) I came across a 2014 Hyundai Elantra that was listed for a little over 8000.00. Once I sent my inquiry, BJ Walls immediately emailed, texted, and called me. I was in class so I couldn't answer, however, I did return his call and did not reach him at first. He called me back while I was speaking with another dealership and I immediately kicked the other dealership off of the phone. I was about 1 minute for settling on a decent enough car but it wasn't what I really wanted. BJ said with tags, title, and fees included with the price of the car that my total would not go over 10000. I didn't know if I believed him but a friend went with me. I was an hour or so early but BJ helped us immediately. All of the paperwork took maybe 25 minutes (after the test drive) and then I was just waiting while they cleaned up the car (that was already clean lol). BJ even took the vehicle and put gas in it! This was the best experience ever and I highly recommend BJ Walls! He was polite, professional, quick, and accommodating! Plus... all of those plaques and awards for being the top sales man at least 7-15 different years didn't hurt either. Thank you again BJ!

I bought a Nissan Altima fairly new and low miles. Being a single parent and minority I am really particular about taking my business to the right places. I think I made a great decision to buy from Evolution. These guys are just not professional at point of sale but even after making a sale. I bought a black exterior car at night time and missed few minor scarthes and my tire light pressure light on. I spoke to Sunny (Who is amazingly helpful) who directed me to Damian (again extremly helpful) who went well and beyond and make sure I was Happy !! Also, they are a small team who works like a family (exactly what i was looking for ) ... Overall, I would rate them 10 If I could I would recommend them to all my family and friends

To start with, I am like I think the average person, I dread buying a new car due to the "reputation" that most car sales people have as being pushy and high pressure. I have to say I have had some very bad experiences so like most, it is something I don't look forward to doing. Well yesterday I was just "browsing" on Cars.com and I was looking for a truck. I found several at John Miles Chevy and then got on your website where I chatted with I believe her name was Julia. I told her my situation and then she passed on my information to Kevin James to call me. He called me promptly about 30 minutes later and we discussed a time for me to come in. I came in later in the afternoon and met Kevin. He was very pleasant and best of all, very low key and I didn't feel the typical "salesman" pressure from him at all. I will try to keep this short but after the test drive we chatted, then did some brief negotiating including meeting the Sales Manager Kevin Beamon. I can't say enough about the experience. I have poor credit and a good income and they made a deal work. I had to run and get my son so they called me later and I came back in and we did the deal. Everyone I dealt with was so pleasant and professional including your F&I manager, Al. I can promise you if I have a good experience with my service after the sale as I did with my purchase, you have won a customer for life! Kudos to both Kevins and Al. You are lucky to have such a great and professional team. And this again is coming from an "anti" car sales guy! :)

We have been very pleased with the car so far (10K miles with 2 long trips and local driving). Lots of features. Lots of power, responsive with a sports car feel. Only (minor) "improvements" should be considered by Nissan - seats are a little too enveloping. Mostly because of the side air bags so it is understandable. Love the feel with cornering but on long trips it limits your ability to move to some degree. - visibility limited by "C" post. The direct rear view is small (opinion).

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I was introduced to carvana by a Facebook ad. I really liked what I saw, but the closest vending machine was 600 miles away. I thought they definitely had a great idea, so I thought we'd try. Pretty easy buying process. They were very fair with trade in. Offered about $100 more than local dealer. Their 360 view definitely needs improvement. There were two noted items of damage on their condition analysis. While picking up the vehicle, it was raining and overcast. Once I got the car in the sunlight. There was a lot more notable damage, that wasn't mentioned. Quite a few more very noticeable scratches, chips and dings. Very surprised those weren't noted, but it was a used car so I didn't expect perfection. They really tout their 150 point inspection. My hood doesn't close correctly. I would have thought that would have been corrected. Kind if stinks, I'll have to pay the dealership to correct something that should have been corrected prior to delivery. I would have given only 3 stars for the above mentioned, but their outstanding customer service earned them 4. Their team of customer service reps truly make the buying process enjoyable. I can't say I'd recommend them to friends as we are far away from them, & the few disappointments we experienced. If they keep that high level of service and improve their vehicle condition reporting. This company could really revolutionize the used car industry.

I had been shopping for a used Volt with a certain subset of options and Carvana continued to be in my search results. Ultimately I couldn't find what I wanted locally and even the results in my state for the same model weren't competitive with Carvana's price / features. I'm also not a huge fan of dealing with sales guys so it was a win / win. During the actual buying process the steps are a little vague, I guess because they're a tech startup too (I left this feedback), note you have to continue to fill in your info to reserve the car for purchase, don't quit early or you'll only reserve it for a few hours or a day, go to the end if you're serious. Otherwise literally every single person I talked to was delightful, from customer support when I had questions and final purchase call to the delivery driver (specialist really, they're not just drivers). Didn't feel tempted to use the 7 day return, the car was better than expected!

We actually bought two Nissans within 5 days ~ The Maxima platinum edition and Titan V8 midnight edition ~ NISSAN stepped up their car game ~ When all other new cats are starting alike .. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

The car fits me like a glove. The styling, performance inside and out are superior. Regarding the comfort, I am 6 feet, 215 pounds and I am comfortable and passengers can still sit behind me.
