I can not say how impressed I am with Nissan of Garden City the dealership was clean and from the moment I walked in I felt that I was welcomed and every one there was eager to help me.
I started my day wanting to test drive 4 different makes of SUV and Nissan was my first stop. I was exceptionally lucky to meet Chelsea Edmonds who became my sales person and at the end I could not be more impressed by this gentlemen who was professional, beyond polite and knowledgeable. The dealership was exceptionally busy but Chelsea was gracious and beyond accommodating. After visiting 3 additional dealerships (different manufactures) I knew the Rouge was the choice for me. When I went back to Nissan I was greeted by Chelsea and the sales manager Victor who immediately recognized me-again the place was crazy busy so I was impressed! As it turned out the car I had selected, of which there was only one in stock in that color an option model, was had a scratch. Chelsea and Victor showed me other color options but when they saw I was not thrilled with the other color options they got to work and within in minutes found the car I want it at another dealership. Within an hour they had the car I wanted ready for me. During the entire experience they were so accommodating so gracious and really just wanted me to be happy. The dealership sales manager Scott was also aware of the situation and he also make every effort to let me know spell apologetic they work with the delay and did everything necessary to make sure at the end of the day I was happy and drove off in the car that I wanted. What many cars over the years and visited many dealership and I have to say Nissan Garden City above and beyond the best that I’ve ever visited

This car exceeded my needs. The drive is smooth, heavy and comfortable! I love the added features it now comes with such as remote start, heated steering wheel, Apple CarPlay etc. my most favorite Nissan thus far!! Thank you O’Neil Nissan on street Rd. For a wonderful experience as well!!

Very well equipped vehicle. It's stylish, performs very well. Seating is comfortable, all the instruments are very Easley operated and very easy to get to.
This is my second vehicle lease with Bruce Bennett Nissan, and my second experience working with David. I can't recommend him highly enough. David was so flexible with my busy schedule and was willing to get 80% of the offer ready via email which was ultimately the most convenient for me. When I went to pick up my vehicle David was friendly, warm and professional just as he was the first time I worked with him.

Comfortable seats, tons of options on car, sensors all over, apple car play allows me to play music but also text without picking up my phone. Auto start on Key fab , seat warmers, sunroof, bose speakers. It has everything I could ask for in a car.

We have been very pleased with the car so far (10K miles with 2 long trips and local driving). Lots of features.
Lots of power, responsive with a sports car feel.
Only (minor) "improvements" should be considered by Nissan
- seats are a little too enveloping. Mostly because of the side air bags so it is understandable. Love the feel with cornering but on long trips it limits your ability to move to some degree.
- visibility limited by "C" post. The direct rear view is small (opinion).
This is not your regular used car dealership, like “Major World” for example, where a customer is treated like an idiot and taken advantage of. Hertz Car Sales offers a very easy, comfortable and totally stress-free buying experience. However, even the most customer-friendly company procedures would mean nothing without the great people behind them. A very special thank you to Janine Saffioti and Michael Digennaro, who were both extremely professional and super friendly at the same time. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Purchased a CPO 370Z two days ago. The buying experience with Senior Sales Consultant Norbert Rivera could not have been better. He accompanied me on an extended test drive and, the next morning, picked me up at home half an hour from the dealership to take me to take possession of the car. Norbert gets 6 stars, and the other people in the dealership were friendly and helpful. Until the signing of the final paperwork with Business Manager Matthew Manuele. There was nothing complicated here. The price and the final punch list had already been agreed to, and I was paying cash. The problem arose when Matt started pushing an expensive extended warranty. His approach was an obsolete hard sell approach, and he very definitely did not want me to go home and think about whether I found it worth while. I finally had to tell him "back off," and when he didn't I simply said "No!" In the end he apologized and I accepted his apology, but that did not do much to remove the sour taste he'd created.
