I recommend Howie the manager of Boch Nissan. He is very friendly, and professional. He is a guy you want to buy a car from. The salesperson JP is a very nice person as well. I will buy a car from these guys in a heart beat again !
Justin was very helpful when I took the car in with a problem I thought should possibly have been solved in an earlier recent visit. He was willing to work with me and remained professional, understanding of my financial situation, and understanding of the reason I was a bit upset having to bring the car back so soon. In the end, I can say I do recommend the service, because of staff like this who are accommodating to someone in a tight spot like I was.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I can???t say enough about our experience at Marlboro Nissan. We felt like family the second we walked through the door. Everyone was so welcoming. We went there with the hopes of buying a new car but never thought we???d be driving one off the lot same day. Brian Rogers is amazing at his job! He kept us entertained and made us laugh the whole time. I can honestly say we will never buy a car anywhere else ever again. Thank you Marlboro Nissan!
Had to drop in for an overdue oil change - no line no waitin

I was about 5k miles over due for an oil change and needed one deps rarely! Arrived a little after 4:30 on a Tuesday and there was no wait! In addition to a free oil change (thank God for coupons I wasn???t even aware of) they addressed a recall on my car and an hour later o was off! Thank you Justin & Lilly for letting me know the best time to head in!!!
Second visit and almost as good as the first. Very courteous staff, but I came at a busy time and had almost a two and a half hour wait. To be fair, they were up front with me about the wait and pretty accurate with the time they estimated. I received what I felt was a very sincere apology. Overall I was pleased with the service received
While I did not end up purchasing at this dealership (due to finding a suitable vehicle at a competitive price much closer to home), I was impressed with the responsiveness of the internet rep (Brian). The emails weren’t just robo-style communications; they were personalized outreaches and prompt answers to my questions. I can’t speak to the buying process but I was impressed with my interactions and would have followed through with a visit to the dealership for a test drive had I not found a suitable vehicle.

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.
Car shopping has always been taxing, but working with Lance Ward and the team at Coastal Nissan truly changed that experience for my family. My husband, our 7 year old son and I visited the dealer on two occasions before deciding on a purchase. There was zero pressure, 100% transparency in the process and price, and none of that typical old school car salesmen foolishness. Kyle is an absolute magician. I came into the dealership to browse and compare some pricing. Was not expecting to buy but I was open to the inventory. With my credit, I thought I???d be lucky to leave in a pair of new rollerblades. Kyle was amazing, found an option and vehicle that would work for me. Having bought and service done on my Murano has been excellent over the years. All the service advisors are great. One that I have worked with over the years is Tara. She always treats me like family and watches out for what I need and what will need to be done on my vehicle.
