1st thing you can do is look past the inflated sticker price as the actual deals on the Maxima make this car a super value! When this design appeared in 2016 the rest of the competion needed 3 years to try to catch up...and they haven't. We loved our 2016 so much we just replaced it with a 2019. This car comes with so much standard equipement and the Platinum level has things you cannot get in an Avalon or an Acura TLX. Like Panoramic sunroof, power rear window shade, drivers seat thigh extension. remote start from key fob, Google car play, larger tires, roadside spped sign reader, etc. While other manufacturers brag about their many transmission gears, the Maxima tops them all with an infinite ratio constant velocity transmission. What this means to the consumer is a turbine smooth power delivery and an honest 32+ mpg on the road. In reality this is a 4 passenger car for best comfort. While not a sports car, the design makes for a great handling and stopping car. Nissan has upgraded all the latest safety features like emergency braking etc. The problem here is this vehicle offers so much it is often comparded to those costing 5 to 10 grand more.

My experience at Mossy Nissan was nothing short of excellence in a dealership that exudes an excellent culture! Mr. Melvin Watson exudes excellence! I walked in with a vehicle (2018 Nissan Rogue) in mind that I had rented over the weekend. I also walked in with a choice in dealership because I had contacted USAA and had three dealers contacting me. After I looked on line at each of the dealerships inventory and prices, I decided to go to Mossy Nissan first but kept Auto Nation and Sterling in mind. I walked into Mossy and the experience and culture of the organization was excellent. In about 3 hours from the time that I walked in, I was driving off with a brand new 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. I wasn't pressured or harassed and was given the opportunity to look, test drive, provided finance options, service dates, specific details on vehicle to include installing operations manual app, setting up phone etc. in my vehicle and any other thing that was necessary for me to feel confident that I had made a good choice in Mossy.

I came in Sunday 6.10.18 to buy my first car from a dealership. I've owned cars before but never one less than 10 years old. And I know my credit is bad, so I didn't get my hopes up. I received a letter from Capitol One pre-approving me so I went in to see what could be done. I was shown 2 cars in my range. I knew I needed something better than the oil leaking no a/c old explorer I had so I picked the 2014 Jeep Patriot. The sales guy helping me was good, wasn't as informative as i feel he could have been when it came to some numbers, but did answer everything I asked. Actually taking the car home is when everything did a complete 180.....I only made it 20 minutes away from the dealership before I was sitting on the side of the road. I called my sales guy only for him to tell me there was anything that could done at the moment I don't think he was understanding that I couldn't drive the car and something was wrong. I was crying. This inst at all how it was supposed to go, and he wasn't helping the situation. By the 3rd or 4th time I had to pull over on the side of the road I called to speak to a manager (Ryan) at the dealership, I explained what was going on, he told me to come back and he would have a loner gassed up and ready for me while they put my car in the shop in the morning, I was so overly grateful for him. I got back and my sales did not come off very nice or friendly when I came back. I was over it at that point and just wanted to go home. The next day by lunch time I had not heard anything about my car so I called and talked to somebody in the service department who told him that they did have my car at but they were still running tests to find out what was wrong and that my sales guy would call me back. I finally got a text 2 hours later for my sales guy saying the car was in the service department and being looked at that he would let me know whenever he knew something. I didn't hear anything for the rest of the night finally this morning he text me and told me that the car was ready for me to pick up when I asked what was wrong with it he told me that he would have the Diagnostics paper ready for whenever I got there. Now for what happened I was driving my Jeep Patriot and my traction control keep turning on and off in my life my throttle control kept turning on every time I like my throat culture and turns on I lose the ability to accelerate which for anybody who lives in Houston knows is not a great thing when you're doing 80 miles an hour down the freeway with you. I ended up having to pull over turn off the car and turn it back on four times before I finally made it back to the dealership to get a loaner. Naturally I looked it up and this is a fairly common problem with these cars it's just something that has to be replaced. I went back to the dealership after work to get my car and talk to Ryan in person. Talking to Ryan about everything helped a lot! I feel so much better about my decision and love my car. Everything was fixed and straightened out. And naturally the first thing I did, just like most girls with a new car, was go to the store and buy stuff to make my car smell good and look pretty. :)

I had an idea of the car i thought i would like to trade up to and the amount i thought i wanted to pay. I searched on line at 3 dealers and found a few cars that matched my criteria. of the three Toyota dealers that i searched, Fred Haas was my choice because they had the year make and model of car that i was looking for and they are Cap Pro (Jerry Reynolds) certified. I emailed them and asked if that particular car was still available. within a short period of time Mauricio Coto called me to discuss my selection and set up time that i could drive over to see and test drive the car. The dealership was easy to find and easy to access and very busy which i took as a good sign that others wanted to shop there, too. I test drove my selection and rapidly realized that it was not the car i wanted. I was disappointed. Mr Coto sat with me and reviewed his inventory of that model and i agreed to test one of the one of them even it was a year newer than what i originally wanted to buy and of course more expensive$$$. (i had a budget in mind). I drove the car and realized that it was everything i wanted and more. I reviewed the numbers with Mr Coto and convinced my self that i could in deed afford it. After reviewing the carfax and specs that the car was not a Toyota certified car and was disappointed because that certification really give some warranty options that other non-certified cars don't have. When i expressed my disappointment to Mr Coto, he suggested that he would see what he could do. It took a little extra time but he had in inspected and certified at no cost to me. I was tired and it was late but the drive home in my new used car was very relaxing thanks to Fred Haas Toyota and Mauricio Coto thanks to all Jim F Pasadena PS i need to mention the gentleman that worked up the financing. Can't remember his name but what i did remember was that his finance rate was very competitive and that after signing the two stacks of paper that he placed before me (one for my old car and one for my new car). I was on my way..Good job.

Visited using Rick Howell as my service advisor for my first scheduled maintenance on my 2017 Toyota. I liked the online scheduling of my appointment at a time of my choosing with prearrangement that I could wait for my vehicle to be serviced. Rick seemed personable, knowledgeable and professional. The operation is massive, but I still felt that Sterling McCall was genuinely interested in providing me the service I needed in a personal and professional manner. The vehicle didn't require much in the way of repairs but I did flag one additional issue in addition to the factory-suggested service for this stage in the vehicle's life. All work was completed and explained to me in a reasonable, as quoted time frame. I've had no chance to experience the consequent performance, since I was only there earlier today, but so far so good. Except for a lack of signage that made finding the service entrance a little difficult on this my first visit, this dealership gets high marks for my first time around.

Evryone at JEH was amazing however, Heath Dixon went above and beyond for my parents who bought their Accord today. My parents are Deaf so I helped with the process to intrepert. Heath answered everyone of my Dads questions and if he wasnt 100% Heath would double check. I am sure my dad asked him about 439 questions ranging from trunk size, the newest technology, engine componets, specific color names, etc. Heath made my parents feel like rock stars! I will definitely use Heath again and refer him to anyone I know!

This was the closest dealership to us yet it was the last one we went to. We went to Tom Peacock, Mossy, Sterling McCall(THE WORST), and Baker and were completely unimpressed. No one told us about the 0% APR except for the staff at Central Houston Nissan. My girlfriend has had two Nissans prior to the 2015 Rogue she ended up buying with Central Houston Nissan and so naturally, she went in for a third. Originally my girlfriend wanted a used Rogue but after speaking with Eddie (I believe that was his name) and his supervisor/experienced salesman Shawn (spellcheck) we were totally sold on getting a brand new Nissan Rogue. Instead of buying a used 2013 Rogue with about 34.000 miles we got a brand new 2015 Rogue for just $2000 more. Don't even get me started on that 0% APR..... that was honestly what sealed the deal. Both of the guys were sharp, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even the boy who brought the car up for my girlfriend to test drive was courteous and assisting. Signing all of the paperwork did take a while but it was past closing on a Saturday night so I guess that makes sense. My girlfriend has never financed a car before and debt makes her cringe but after they thoroughly explained to her her financial options, she relaxed a little. The Nissan accountant (I honestly can't remember his name) was quick yet thorough making the rest of the process painless. The 2015 Rogue she purchased had literally just came off of the truck so it hadn't been cleaned and because it was late, we thought it was best to come back and pick it up on Tuesday. When we picked it up that Tuesday, Eddie greeted us and told us someone would be over. Anna Lee (spellcheck, I believe that was her name) came over and had my girlfriend sign a couple of remaining forms then she handed her her car manual and car keys and walked us out to the Rogue. She took her time to make sure that my girlfriend understood every button and switch in her car. She even took a selfie with my girlfriend! I don't really care about that stuff but I did notice that her energy made my girl even happier and for that I am grateful.

This car is pretty nice. Gets good gas mileage. Plenty of leg room in the front and back seats. Doesn’t have a problem hitting the highway.

The new Maximas are luxurious but practical. 300 HP a lot of fun to drive too with the highest safety standards. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone, younger, family, business or retiree.
