I got the new guy,John Alexander.He was calm ,cool, and collected.I had a small issue with a wheel sensor and the guys "in the back" could not be more attentive.Really a great group of people down there.

I really don’t write reviews, but after my son’s first experience buying a car, I feel compelled to let everyone know of the great customer care we received from Chad at Bertera Nissan. My son was put in contact with Chad via the internet in his search for a pre-owned car. He found an Elantra at this dealership and Chad set up the appointment. I was initially impressed that Chad had the car out front, clean and ready for our test drive. The test drive went well as Chad answered all our questions. When we returned from the drive, we sat down to talk and it was like talking with an old friend. I was very impressed as Chad didn’t appear contrived. He checked with the service department to confirm that the vehicle had been thoroughly looked over and ready to go. One thing Chad noted as he went over the Carfax was that the vehicle had a recall notification for some suspension springs. Chad insisted he would take the vehicle down to the Hyundai and get this fixed before we took ownership. Chad made the entire process very relaxing. I’ve had some really bad “saleperson” experiences at other dealers, so this was not only a surprise, but the primary reason I decided to authorize my son’s 1st car purchase. Chad made a difference because he was genuine. Something I think we can all attest is not the case with many car salesmen.
One final note…I brought the car to my personal mechanic and paid $59 to have him look the car over with a fine-tooth-comb, the car was reported in great shape! It will need a belt before winter, (72K miles) but other than that it was in excellent shape just as Chad confirmed before I purchased. I will definitely go back to Bertera and seek out Chad to buy any future vehicles that my family needs. Just a great experience. The management team appears to know how to hire the right people.
Tony and Jim were amazing to work with! They were friendly and fun yet efficient and prifeasin in getting me into my beautiful Armada at a price I couldn’t find anywhere else. I’d travel the 4 hrs again!

He went above and beyond our expectations by thoroughly answering all of our questions, giving my wife and I time to speak privately and not resorting to the typical high-pressure, intrusive sales tactics we have experienced in the past. I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Fifi took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. She; Fifi even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my iphone, etc. I highly recommend buying from Milford Nissan and it’s great people specially Fifi. It was worth the 45 mn drive to get there.
Justin was very helpful when I took the car in with a problem I thought should possibly have been solved in an earlier recent visit. He was willing to work with me and remained professional, understanding of my financial situation, and understanding of the reason I was a bit upset having to bring the car back so soon. In the end, I can say I do recommend the service, because of staff like this who are accommodating to someone in a tight spot like I was.
I can???t say enough about our experience at Marlboro Nissan. We felt like family the second we walked through the door. Everyone was so welcoming. We went there with the hopes of buying a new car but never thought we???d be driving one off the lot same day. Brian Rogers is amazing at his job! He kept us entertained and made us laugh the whole time. I can honestly say we will never buy a car anywhere else ever again. Thank you Marlboro Nissan!

I was about 5k miles over due for an oil change and needed one deps rarely! Arrived a little after 4:30 on a Tuesday and there was no wait! In addition to a free oil change (thank God for coupons I wasn???t even aware of) they addressed a recall on my car and an hour later o was off! Thank you Justin & Lilly for letting me know the best time to head in!!!
The location was nice and tidy, and the staff was welcomin. Derek was our helper. He was patient and understanding, I just couldn???t make up my mind. We finally settled with a Honda CRV. Let???s just say, I???m a happy camper! THANKS Auto Mall, and Derek!
Had a great experience prurchasing my 2018 Subaru impreza from Anchor Subaru. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy to pay, that was less than any other dealer in the area. After owning my Subaru for two weeks, someone dented my car in the parking lot, brought in in to see if it could be "poped" out and the dealership was able to get the dent out and did not charge me. I would highly recommed Anchor Subaru to my family and firends.
I recently found myself in the market for a car and decided I was buying a Subaru. After going to a few dealers in the area and not thrilled by my experience, I walked into Anchor Subaru and was immediately greeted by Josh Ostrow. He was courteous, understanding and most importantly informative about the Subaru brand.
