I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff's. The experience was the best one I have ever had at a dealership. They were not pushy and I felt very comfortable. I will definately be buying all my vehicles to Jeff's and would highly recommend. Neko and Howard were wonderful! I could not have been mire pleased with the service I received!
Robert was very knowledgeable and took time carefully explaining all the features of our 2018 Rav4. He did not try to sell us more vehicle than we needed. He listened to our many questions and made our purchase go very smoothly.
This makes our third car from Cain Toyota. Our first (2005 Corolla) and second (2013 Camry) Cain Toyota cars are still in the family and is still on the road after 14 years. Monday, I found the car I wanted, a super low mileage 2017 Corolla. Because I am a man and I will do whatever I want whenever I want I had to ask my wife if it was OK first. Well long story short, after I left Cain Toyota the car was sold. I found out the next day when I called the salesman to make a hold deposit. Oh well, maybe next time. Wednesday I got a call from Sam Warther and he said they had a 2018 Corolla go on the lot at same price as the 2017 that I wanted. This time the wife came with me and she drove the Corolla. And end of story. Like I said this is Toyota number 3 from Cain for good reason. Great cars and great dealership. We even found out that the salesman that got us into our first Toyota was still selling cars with Cain Toyota. Long solid steady track record of great cars for an excellent dealership.
Wife and I were looking for a used truck. We found several we were interested in. The sales person on his first day working for the dealership explained the different warranties for each one. There was a couple of issues that concerned me and he and the parts department worked everything out to my satisfaction. The financial person was very organized and made the transaction very painless. I have used the service department several times and plan to keep doing so. If I am ever in need of another vehicle, my 1st visit will be with Sarchione Ford.
We went to Infinity for a used car we saw in their website. Spent the whole day with Kevin and when we left we were both driving new used cars. Very helpful. Not at all pushy. Very nice showroom and customer area with tv and drinks. Thanks guys.

The hour and a half drive in to Cuyahoga Falls to look
at/buy my Buick Encor from Lambert was completely
worth it. Top notch customer service and quick and
easy buying experience. I love my new vehicle and would
recommend Lambert Buick.
I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
After a lousy experience at Ganley Hyundai, I decided to try my luck at Marhofer Hyundai. I am glad I did as Brent was an outstanding sales person who was not pushy and explained everything upfront and honestly. I didn't have to worry about a condescending sales manager and I even got a slightly upgraded version of the car I was looking for at a cheaper price than at Ganley. Brent has checked in a few times since I purchased the car to make sure everything was going well and I appreciate that. Everyone at Marhofer Hyundai was friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
