I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.

I love this car! I looked for a year and test drove many cars. I wanted a car that met my needs for comfort ( for long road trips) as driver and passenger and had the safety features with back up mirror etc. It looks sharp and the price was right! I Love my Murano!!
In my grief, I needed to sell my husband???s Titan truck. He passed away 6 mos. ago. I just didn???t want to deal with trying to sell to the public for fear of scams, etc.. I spoke to Ryan in the parking lot and he took me under the wing with compassion. As I waited during the process, He kept checking on me and offering water during the process. He did whatever possible to make it easier for me and comforting. I greatly appreciated this. Several other employees were very kind in coming up to speak a short message to me. All were so kind. God told me in 2 different ways to bring the truck here. Now I know why. I was taken care of very well.

I had never heard of a Murano when we first purchased it...but it wasn't long before I FELL IN LOVE with it!!! We owned the Platinum version and it had every bell amd whistle that you could want in a car!!! It was a dream come true!!!!! I was heartbroken when it was totaled in an accident, but we will be purchasing another one in the future!!!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Upgrading from a Civic to this beautiful shade of blue Murano, helped our family of 4 (2 growing almost teenagers)and 2 labs ride with style and comfort. Highly recommended for any other outdoorsy family that is always looking for the next adventure!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Really sharp looking vehicle that handles very well. Grabs and flies around corners, plenty of get up and go. Roomy back seat. The features on the SL and Platinum are essentially the same, so save yourself a few bucks and just the loaded SL. Some of the tech on the Platinum have had issues so save yourself the hassle. The only downside is the cargo space is small from a height perspective. A small sacrifice for some to get the sporty look.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This vehicle is extremely stylish. When the 2015 came out the styling was mistaken for a concept car, such as a car made just for the Detroit Auto Show. It continues to project that image, probably more that any other vehicle on the road. Oh, and did I mention how comfortable the seating is. They are incredible!!!!!!!!!
I came here with a set price I wanted to pay for a vehicle and Pedro and Gustavo did their best in order to make that happen. I had a great experience and got exactly what I came in for.

The car had a leak when I purchased it. Took it to a Nissan dealer and super easy repair at no cost. I am Nissan loyal - on my 4th Nissan. They are the most comfortable cars to drive. Very dependable and lots of room.
Ben Pugliesi did a terrific job handling my 2017 Sierra truck purchase. I was an out of state buyer and Ben handled every aspect of the transaction. He worked very well with my lender who had pre-approved me. When I arrived at the dealership my truck was parked out front, fully serviced, gas tank full, and clean as a whistle. Ben showed me many of the features that would make my 400 mile drive home comfortable. After a 30 minute inspection and test drive we completed the paperwork without any surprises and I left very happy.

Plenty of space and I like the power and ambient lighting. Paint color is a nice touch and the rims are a neat design. I will definitely return to dealership when I consider my next purchase.
