Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I was finishing a 3 years lease and did not want to keep the 2015 Nissan Sentra. We are getting older. It was too hard to get in and out of. I thought I would turn in the car and walk away. Then I would hunt a used car somewhere. I was so thrilled when we were able to drive away in a new Altima. The doors open wide allowing for easy entry and exits. The salesman was very helpful, and everyone was friendly. My payments only increased about $5.00 per month. It was a great experience. This is the third car we have purchased at Modern Nissan of Concord. Each time we left happy.
Everything was great, from our first conversations with Mike to the way that Daniel explained the car and walked us through the paper work to the guy (sorry I missed his name) that helped us with the Financing and warranties. Everyone was professional and extremely helpful. The website was excellent and where we first found our beautiful car. Facilities are beautiful! This is our 3th Nissan and the 2nd one we bought at Modern. We will be back!
