I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
Night and day difference from our last buying experience. These guys (and gals) generally care about you and make you feel like an actual person, not just another number/commission. The no-pressure culture ensures that customer service is a top priority. This dealership did all that they possibly could to get us into the car we wanted, and for that we will forever be grateful! I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is in the market, and when the time rolls around, I will be going back for any future vehicle needs.
This was my first experience of purchasing a car on my own. I was treated with respect and care. Being a recent widow, it was a difficult time for me and the salesman was so kind and empathetic with me. Ted Mowen was one of the kindest sales persons I have ever dealt with. He made me feel comfortable and gave me confidence that I could do this. The whole experience was very professional and much better than I had anticipated. I have gotten multiple oil changes here, spark plugs, brakes & pads, and transmission fluid over the years. Bill the service manager always helps me out and answers all my questions. These guys do amazing work, always have service specials going on, and always go the extra mile (Noticed they put some touch up paint inside the door on a spot that was an eye sore before)! At my previous job they would pick my car up and have it dropped back off before my shift ended, can’t say enough good things about Streetsboro VW!

My positive experience with Chris and Carena Motors began with my initial call! All questions were answered immediately with no negative sales tactics. Upon arrival, I was able to be back on the road for the test drive immediately. The car I bought was in great shape with all the features I wanted (which were hard to find). Every car I saw on the internet/lot seemed to be top quality, well maintained, and very fairly priced. They have all vehicles examined and if necessary serviced by an independent third party shop. Chris made my experience with Carena Motors excellent and one that I won't forget! He answered all my questions very thoroughly, honestly, and without hesitation! I would highly recommend Carena Motors and will be recommending them to anyone I come across looking for a car. To help with word of mouth marketing, I will reference and recommend them to all friends, family members, etc. who see/ask about my CR-V whether they're looking for a car or not. Greeted by Felix outside of dealership which was a nice first impression in regards to customer service. Friendly and good at building rapport with client. Knowledge of the car could have been better. Car sold itself more less. Went back and forth with price to make sure we paid what we felt was the right price and we felt good about it but did feel undervalued as a customer when the GM came over to immediately suggest ???something that was within our budget???. It wasn???t by any means outside of our budget but the fact that the price they started off with was wrong from the price online is what bothered me when it came to negotiating. Thumbs up for Felix getting us a price we could agree upon and better yet the dream car my fiance has always wanted. I would also like to thank Guy Ghrist on his service as he made us feel great about our purchase and even better hooked us up with the right warranties down the road. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Overall good experience and would do business or purchase another car from Ken Ganley Nissan again!
I drove out to Ken Ganley Nissan on Sunday (kids in tow and all) just wanting to test drive and check possibilities with my less than perfect credit. I never dreamed I???d be able to qualify for a practically new beautiful Nissan Rogue with the fun and fancy extras! Bryon and Tony made it happen! I gave them quite the task and they both rose to the challenge to get me in a car I thought was untouchable, AND worked with my budget so I could easily afford it! Their patience with my family and I, and perseverance with the challenge definitely won back a return customer when it???s time to upgrade! I will definitely be back! Robert was very knowledgeable and took time carefully explaining all the features of our 2018 Rav4. He did not try to sell us more vehicle than we needed. He listened to our many questions and made our purchase go very smoothly.
