Kyle is an absolute magician. I came into the dealership to browse and compare some pricing. Was not expecting to buy but I was open to the inventory. With my credit, I thought I???d be lucky to leave in a pair of new rollerblades. Kyle was amazing, found an option and vehicle that would work for me. After a short wait, I left with the car that same day!! Unreal, saying I???m pleased would be an understatement. Good inventory, great pricing, better service. Talk to Kyle, or go home.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
I needed to downsize my vehicle. I checked on line a found a certified vehicle which appeared to meet my needs. I visited the dealership, viewed the vehicle ,talked terms and 20 minutes later the deal was done. A great experience. Having bought over a half dozen vehicles and having them serviced at the dealership I was confident in my choice. A cordial and helpful staff .
Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens
Of the tail light. We will see if it comes back but they have no problem covering their warranties was very easy no hassle or questions

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.
Go see Ray #3, aka “The Magic Man”, at least that’s what I like to ca him... tell him that Jay #1 sent yah! Lol....he was one of the only dealers willing to take the time and actually work with some banks to try and get me approved. Didn’t get an answer right away but Ray the third never gave up on me. So glad I stumbled upon this dealership I will definitely be back once I get my credit score up! Thanks again Ray !
P.S. I’ll be back again soon my wife wants a BMW now too! (Think we got her a little jealous LOL)
I purchased a pre-owned Nissan Murano and was so happy i after made my decision. The sales rep. Kwame was very patient and knowledgeable. Which helped me Determine which vehicle to buy. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to deal with Kwame at stateline Nissan.
I was buried deep in negative equity and had expensive repairs to get back on the road, I was in a bad way. Shawn was able to help me out tremendously by getting me into a brand new car with almost nothing out of pocket and my monthly payments only went up a couple of bucks. Outstanding! I can???t thank Shawn, his sales manager Jon, and the finance director Tom enough for how helpful they were on such short notice. A truly exceptional experience.
Justin was very helpful when I took the car in with a problem I thought should possibly have been solved in an earlier recent visit. He was willing to work with me and remained professional, understanding of my financial situation, and understanding of the reason I was a bit upset having to bring the car back so soon. In the end, I can say I do recommend the service, because of staff like this who are accommodating to someone in a tight spot like I was.
If you want things done right at Nissan please go to Phi Phi. He is the best. I went o Nissan on a day Phi Phi wasn???t there and what a waste of a trip. The guy did nothing for me. If Phi Phi ever left Nissan I would never come back. They need more people like him who care about the customer.
The problem was diagnosed and fairly expensive but the service representative suggested I called nissan consumer and if they couldn't help with the cost he could possibly apply coupons to help me save some money.
Kelly Nissan was unbelievable. I have leased a number of vehicles over the years, and never had such a great experience as I had at Kelly. From the sales manager Tommy, Dan my sales person, and even the finance manager Eli. There was ZERO pressure from them. They listen to what I had to say and my lease was done in under one hour. Thank You, Kelly Nissan!!!
