I'm a picky car buyer and research everything. I made several trips to the dealership over the course of the past six months. I ended working with Dakota D, and he was just great. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy at all. He helped me to get a good deal, and I absolutely love my new TourX. I very highly recommend this dealer and Dakota, my salesman.
There was excellent communication with this dealership over the internet. They offer good prices on their vehicles and it appears to me that people will not get ripped off with a purchase. I was looking for a great deal on a car like the one they had for sale. Their pricing was better than most dealers with similar cars, but I was able to find a similar car at that great deal I was looking for at another dealership. If you are unwilling to deal with sales talk to get a good deal, then this is a place to consider. I also liked that they have no hidden dealer fees to add into the price.
I purchased a used 2007 Lexus RX-350 that I could use mostly as a "snow vehicle." I was satisfied with the selling price of $10,400, but they caught me off guard while signing the documents, and they added a $300 charge for a theft recovery system (basically frame etching). I usually don't purchase dealer add-ons but they slipped this one by me. I was also informed that the vehicle had a Mark Levinson package on it (which when purchased new is $900). It's too bad that such a high-end dealership tries to nickle and dime you to death!
I had an awesome experienced purchasing my car at AutoSource this past weekend. Nisho went above and beyond to get me the best deal and car I was looking for. He was very professional and patient with my wife and me. He was very thorough while giving me the history of the car. He even offered me to take care of some cosmetic repairs on the car! The cool thing about the whole experience was I never felt pressured into buying anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. Thank you Nisho and all of the staff that was involved in making my car buying experience a success!!!
I was given full information on the car I was buying. Was treated with trust, they let me test drive the car I was looking for immediately. They helped me find the best financing for my situation, and helped me understand why I needed the warranty. Went in at 9:30am had a new car by 11:30am. Can’t complain for a fully loaded 2017 with 277 miles. I’m stoked!!!
Rodney was very unprofessional, I have never been to a dealership that doesn’t go over the contract throughly . When I came in the next day I spoke with a new sales manager named Joshua Chavez , if it wasn’t for him making up for Rodney’s mistake I would never step foot in a Nissan again . If you go to Nissan go to Joshua Chavez . He was very straight to the point and I left a happy customer
After looking at vehicles locally, I decided to search around to surrounding states. I found a Titan on their website and called. Robert Frost was very friendly and didn't try to give me a hard sell. He responded timely to text messages and we were able to do the paper work via mail. I flew down to Salt Lake, and the dealership arranged an Uber to pick me up at the airport. My plane landed in Salt Lake at 8 a.m. and I drove off the lot at 10:00. Overall, a very enjoyable buying process and Robert was the reason.
Bought a used ford f 150 from this dealership. Couldn't be happier. Awni my sales guy was very up front and responsive. I told him I needed the buying process to go quick cause I had to drive home to Las Vegas that night. When I got to the dealership he had everything ready to go and I was out of there in about an hour. The truck was at a great price point. I was very happy with the transaction.
They were great to work with. I suggest Chris Gillespie in sales. Very easy to work with. Only down side is they automatically wanted to have me finance through NMAC which seems to be the procedure and mandatory. Was able to change that easily but hate that to be the default. Overall good experience and I recommend.
We have had very good experiences with the service department at Tim Dahle Nissan in Bountiful.
The Service Advisor Kevin knows his stuff and has always been very helpful. We trust him and the service department and that means a lot to us.
