I recently went in to look at used cars at Nissan North. I am just starting to look and wanted to test drive a car on my lunch break. I contacted them through cars.com and received a text within an hour. They had the car pulled up ready to test drive since I was limited to my lunch break that day. Seth helped me out. He was knowledgeable about the car despite it not being a Nissan and was not overly pushy. I took a test drive and we discussed financing options. I have not purchased a car yet, but I plan to keep looking at their used car inventory until they have exactly what I am looking for. Thank you!
We had a successful shopping experience at Nissan North. The Sales Rep. Gabe Johnson was excellent and the other team members were also hospitable and friendly. We also got the paper work done in a very timely manner. I liked the cleanliness of the Dealership and the seating area for the customers.
On a Sunday I inquired about a used car Byers Kia was showing on line. By 8:00 I had two responses. Jared, the first response was the salesperson I worked with. I drove up from Cincinnati on Monday morning. The entire staff was great to work with. They offered me a fair trade in. We agree on a price for the new car. The transaction was quick and I drove the car new car him that day. Thank you Jared!!!!
Wow! I have and will recommend this place to everyone I can. This was the best experience I have ever had in a car dealership. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. Fast process with our 2 kids was a huge plus for us. Had a play room available car was already up front for a test drive and every single employee met us at the door to introduce themselves. All I can say is WOW!
Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Found the vehicle we were looking for online. Stopped in before work for a test drive, Mike Banton helped us. No pressure, super friendly and helpful. Put a deposit down on the car and came back a couple days later to process the paperwork. Everything went great, no problems. Mike made this the best car buying experience of all time. If you are looking for a car, stop in and see Mike!!! he will treat you right.
