I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. sales person was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated the basic features to get us started. he made sure the car was ready on schedule. the paperwork was necessary but tedious. cathy took the time to explain fully what was required and let us take breaks as needed.

I lease my cars and this is my 3rd Murano. My previous Muranos were the previous body style, 2012 and 2014, so my 2017 is the first of this current style. I have the SL AWD and feel that the SL trim has good luxury features without having to spend extra for the Platinum. I definitely see improvement not just in design, but in ride comfort, handling and features. Highly recommend in the SL trim if you want leather seats plus extras.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I wasn't able to purchase the car I wanted because of the price, but the sales man helped me, even after backing out from a deal, find cars that matched my criteria and were in my price range! It means a lot to have such curtesy to take the time to look for the perfect vehicle for me.
We recently bought a 2007 Lexus, at Lexus of Milwaukee, and worked with Jerry Lewis and Chris White. They were both fantastic!! We were so impressed with the professional and personable way we were treated. It was a very welcoming atmosphere and a no-pressure environment. All of our questions were patiently answered. We were shown the utmost care and respect throughout the entire process. Chris and Jerry and the Lexus staff made us feel like we were purchasing a brand-new vehicle! We have already recommended them to others and are very much enjoying our new-to-us Lexus!

The Murano is well equipped and very smooth on the road, I love the ride and the drive. It sets a little lower than my truck but higher than a regular car

This vehicle has been awesome. We love the look and overall performance and reliability. The only negative would be the paint on the hood has developed some small chipping but other than that I would drive this to the moon and back.
Jake really made my first car buying experience even better. He helped me the whole way through looking at cars and picking the best one for me. I really appreciate everything he has done for me. Highly recommend him for any car buying, he???s so patient and so nice about everything. He???s was so excited when we found the right car for me. The Murano is an unsung, relatively unknown car of great design and thought. It handles well and offers many conveniences and high tech stuff. Like many cars today, the headrest for the drive is not adjustable and forces the drivers head to be pushed uncomfortably forward which also causes the body to be forced into a banana like configuration. It is horrible and awfully uncomfortable. The lumbar support is not great enough. The front seats hold the passenger in place when cornering which is highly desirable. And then there is that horrible automatic adjustable rear view mirror which is useless. The car hold alignment very well. The car gets 32.4 - 32.6 mpg on a flat road at 60-65 mph on regular gas. Overall, it is a lot of car for the money and has a great V-6 engine with a lot of torgue. I am not a fan of the CVT transmission however, only because at a constant 30-35mph it is herky-jerky and not smooth. Instead of buying another Lexus RX we now have this Murano Platinum because comparably equipped it is $7,000 cheaper than the Lexus and maintenance costs are considerable less than the overpriced maintenance of a Lexus.
