We were not prepared to have to buy a new vehicle, but our car was totaled in an accident. We had just purchased our first new home and had incurred a lot of expenses. They were willing to work with not only our low credit, but the insurance and gap people, as well to help get us into a car when our rental ran out. Even with our old loan still showing, they were able to show the banks the insurance/gap were paying it off. MANY other dealers weren't willing to work with our situation, but since they are a larger company they were able to still make things happen. We were afraid of needing to uber for an extended length of time and didn't want to throw money down the drain. They were caring enough to take not only our business but to also give us a loaner car until our car was ready. They also drove our car up from another dealer which made the sale. We had our hearts in our old kia sorento (we originally talked with the managers at kia next door), but were able to find something comparable in size and price, with less miles, more warranty and coverage, and a few extra bells and whistles our old car didn't have. After purchasing, they did a full inspection and checked our brakes, they also gave us a week to comment on any scratches/chips/or things not working correctly, that they will fix. On top of that, they were able to work across dealers under "Fred Anderson" to ensure we got the car we wanted/needed in a timely manner so we wouldn't continue to incur out of pocket expenses. They even brought a car from the neighbor store to do a side by side comparison. This whole process from the date of total to the date of purchase was 2 weeks, however working with the Nissan team of Raleigh was a 3 day process due to our situation. We are just thankful they could work with our situation and help us out! Also, due to us getting a car from the fayetteville store, there wasn't room to lessen the price, but they worked with us to keep our payment lower while including protection and gap insurance. Overall, we experienced a rainbow after the storm, and are quite happy with our decision to go with Fred Anderson!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. It was that time again my lease on my 2016 Maxima (Plat) was coming to end. Two month's of payments to go. Nissan is willing to forgo the last two payments if you want to lease or purchase a new Nissan. It was Saturday July 28 and I had an appointment with my past sales consultant Derek Parker to review my options. Now let me tell you about Derek. I met Derek back in 2009 for the first time trying to lease a 2010 Maxima. Was very satisfied with both the car and lease terms, and Derek. Derek has been in the business for years. He has more knowledge of Nissan products then anyone I know and if he doesn't know which is rear he will get the answers. You never feel pressure from Derek. He make you feel like family. Well shortly after my appointment with Derek , we came to agreement on New Lease Terms for a 2018 Maxima (Plat) , which is my 9th leased Maxima. I found this to be super easy , they had the car i wanted with great lease terms. I say this again and again to anyone that will listen. If you want a great experience and great cars then go to Leith Nissan and ask for Derek Parker, you won't be sorry. My entire family has become Nissan fans and use Derek as there sales consultant. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

Overall the Car comes as advertised - the majority of the tech is functional and adds to the driver experience. EXCEPT - repeated issues getting the Car to recognize or work with IPhone X - either in tethered or blue tooth mode - this is getting to be a deal breaker. Dealerships are trying to resolve but seem lost.

The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. CarMax made me an amazing offer for it, and helped me pick a the SUV of my dreams that was within my means! Affordable, beautiful quality, it looks and smells BRAND NEW - no one would ever suspect it was used!! The buying process was so simple and quick. My sales guy, Scottie, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He didn’t put on any pressure, made everything extremely easy to understand, and let me take my time! I am just so impressed and happy with my experience. When it is time for another upgrade, I will certainly be going back to check out what’s on their lot FIRST before anywhere else! I being a single mom with 2 kids and bad credit(2 repo's and ALL) came to Matthews Motors on 4/15/17, I had the vehicle in mind I wanted, it was already sold the day before. I opted to buy a 2013 Cadillac XTS a sweet ride with low mileage. However, after 4 days I realized this was NOT the car for myself and kids. I went back today and they were able to put me in a vehicle I wanted, a 2013 Toyota Camry XLE with low mileage 32k to be exact! When I say I CAN'T thank GOD and ALL the staff here, I truly CAN'T. I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

I've been burned by used car dealers. I also have a "boomer" uncle who sold used cars from the 70's - 90's. I counted the seconds before the bait-and-switch. I even abandoned a conversation with Andre b/c I did not get my question answered before he asked for my t-phone number. Still, I went in to check out the two trucks I wanted to investigate. Andre hooked me up with Sam Isaac. First, Sam listened - what I wanted and what I didn't. When I asked about 2 trucks and became interested in a 3rd, he brought back the third key and a cup of cold water. I appreciated the kindness. Second - he didn't hover. I took notes, crawled under the vehicle, compared internet notes and snapped pics of items of interest. He let me take my time and popped in / out as I did my homework. "What do I need to do to earn your business?" can be translated to 'where can I focus my sales skills to wear you down'. He really meant it. He brought over the finance guy who brought out several documents that were indicative of transparency. I had already downloaded some of these docs and they were the same. I began to relax because ...truth. The obligatory extended warranty discussion was held. And it was a discussion...he extolled benefits. I explained my rationale to refuse. I was going to the dealership and they were going to take 2 hours tearing into the truck and list all the problems that were be hidden. You would not BELIEVE what they found! Nothing. Nada. It was exactly what they said it was. I was so impressed that I went back to Sam and told him how much I appreciated my treatment, his honesty, and the transparency across the board. I gladly shared my story with Kevin Condon b/c as the manager, he needs to hear the good, the bad, and the WTH? I was met again with the same transparency and graciousness. Maybe I'm just a lucky SOB. Or maybe they are what they say they are. I think you should go in and find out for yourself. I'm already recommending them to my co-workers and friends.

I had a Murano (2004) and loved it but it was time to get something new. I test drove a few other cars but once I drove this Murano I knew the search was over. Comfortable seating and a lot of the functions were similar to my previous vehicle which made the transition easier.

This is the first NEW car that I have purchased in 30 years. I was told by a co-worker that this was a great dealership with a lot of inventory to choose from, he was right. AJ was my sales person. He is one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. He asked me what I wanted, listened to me, then said, come lets look at these. He never tried to over sell me. He knew I was no-nonsense and he was a perfect fit for my needs. No pressure, he kept asking me what I wanted. The finance portion was really easy and I loved the sign my desk forms w/ the computer card to take home and not a thousand pieces of paper. Car buying has come a long way, I was in and out without feeling frustrated and drained of my money and soul!

927 miles on truck and in the middle of a busy highway at 70 miles behind thousands of cars my rear tire exploded, big caos, finally change the tire, call my dealership since the car has 900 miles I was expecting some kind of a car warranty just to find out that if you didn’t purchase the 1k extended warranty you are out of luck... I was stoked the vas has not even brake 1k miles and Ancira Nissan has no warranty on new cars unless you buy it

We don't buy cars very often. In fact, this is the fourth car we've bought as a couple in 22 years. So, just like patients are nervous when they go into surgery and doctors are confident because they perform surgeries every day... we were nervous about making sure we made a good choice for us (especially because our last car purchase is still leaving a lot to be desired, I wish we'd come to Auction Direct USA years ago. We worked with the credit union to secure financing and looked at cars in our price range. The Kia Soul seemed to be the car for us in every way. We found a few on line and the one at Auction Direct had the lowest mileage and a free CarFax report. We were excited to find that the Soul at Auction Direct USA has a manual transmission - which is something we had had before and really enjoyed. After comparing all of the cars and prices online, we connected with Auction Direct USA via their website. I received a text message from Alana Nolan offering to answer any questions and inviting me to come and test drive the Soul. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by a very friendly concierge and she connected us with Willie Duncan immediately - he was expecting us... how cool! Willie was warm and kind and walked us through the philosophy of Auction Direct USA. We told him the car we were interested in and he brought it up so we could take it for a test drive. Time is the most precious commodity in our lives and we knew we had only a small amount of time before we needed to go and pick up our kid from school. Willie did not waste our time and he did not rush us. We were taking a test drive and getting to know Willie in the process. We instantly felt comfortable with Willie and we were 100% certain we wanted to buy this car before the test drive was over. We needed to go and get our kid and finalize things with the credit union. We were able to return later that evening - and Willie stayed after the dealership closed to help us drive away with our car. When he asked us if we would write a review, he told us to please make sure we tagged Tom Collins, his manager, because Tom had helped him with our sale. Tom had also greeted us and thanked us for being there. I truly believe that we rise by lifting others and when Willie wanted to make sure to tag others, it made a serious impression on me and my husband. The dealership was exactly what we wanted and needed. Although it was a dreary day, there were many people purchasing cars while we were test driving and everyone seemed happy - this is not always the case when buying a car. I will recommend Auction Direct USA to any friend who needs a car. I appreciate their philosophy, customer service, selection, web services, communication, and kindness.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I have been the proud owner of the Audi Q5 3.0 for the past 3 years and the time had come to start shopping for a new car because my lease was ending in November of 2018. We brought my Q5 in for it's 35K service and asked to drive a Q7 3.0 while we waited. I loved the Q5, but wanted a little bit bigger of a car for road trips. I had already test driven the 2 Lexus SUV's and the Cadillac Escalade. On this day my goal was to drive the Q7 and the Infinite QX80. Len was ready for us when we were finished signing my Q5 in for service (Michele Lukas is my service adviser and she rocks!!!) Len first showed us all the new features on the Q7, in the showroom, and the differences between it and my Q5. Next was the drive. He started out driving and again showing us the awesome features and then it was my turn. I was comfortable as soon as I got behind the wheel and just loved it. It's drives like a dream, is quiet, fast and was everything I hoped it would be. When we returned to the dealership I told my husband we didn't need to drive the Infinite, that the Q7 was the car for me. Len was my sales associate for my Q5 and we were very happy he was our sales associate for the Q7. He really worked with us in explaining the differences we would have with leasing again versus buying and really went to bat for us once we decided to purchase the vehicle. He got everything setup for us and we were through financing with Gene in no time. Len is a great guy to work with. He is so knowledgeable about the car and was again a pleasure to work with. My husband and I will continue to recommend Audi Cary and Len if anyone is looking for a recommendation. As I mentioned previously, Michele is my service adviser and everyone in the service department is great too. It really is a very nice dealership to work with. Thank you Len for helping me get a great birthday present!!!!!

My wife and I are looking to buy a New svu this Sunday after church we stop by to see what they had. She found a 2017 Ford Escape. She has never gone to look at cars before. She I'm in love with this car. On Monday morning I called the dealership and talked to Mr James Bennett. I give him the stock number. He told me he call me right back what she did. We worked out the deal with him. When we got to the dealership the car was nice and clean. My wife move the car and she loved it. She asked if the paper work was done. Mr Bennett told the we asked for was exactly where she wanted it. We traded in a 2014 Mustang.Ron speller was so patient with her we left the dealership at 10:30. What I was most impressed with Ron he went all over the equipment of the car for her got the owner manuals out showed her everything about the owners manual. Capital Ford need two be very pleased with Ron speller and Mr. James Bennett. BOTH man have alot of integrity.

We were in need of a car after someone hit my wife's SUV and totaled it. I searched on the internet, and saw a car I was interested in at Hannah's. We went down there and they were super busy, but they found the time to stop and help us by letting us test drive the car, and taking it to our mechanic for him to give us the thumbs up, or thumbs down. We had the car for over half a day, and Hannah's did not call or bug us. We got the thumbs up, and have now driven the car for over two years. The only problems we've had were with sensors, which couldn't have been seen during the inspection. We fixed the sensors, and the car rides like a dream. Thank you Hannah for your professionalism and service. We'll definitely shop there again.

Wow this was one of the most comfortable cars I've ever owned as well as my first SUV. It had a V6 so it also had plenty of getup and go on the highway. We fly a lot but have driven this to Florida multiple times and our rears were NEVER uncomfortable or tired. I actually traded this in on an Infiniti QX30 and we regret doing that by a mile. For the price point, Nissan knocked this one out of the park. It's soooo comfortable, lots of room, confident while driving on mountain roads, we all really miss the Murano. Luxury for less.
