The entire Team at Watermark is amazing. I specifically chose Jesse because of a promise I made to him 4yrs ago. Now, I didn't drive away in a 2019 Mustang GT or a 2019 F150 with a payment of $200 or $250 However, Jesse, Stephen, Tom & the entire team were fantastic. From the moment that we walked into the dealearshp, this gentleman was a true professional who made us feel very comfortable while meeting all of our needs. Moreover, he was extremely knowledgeable in the product that we were interested in buying (Rogue), taking the time to fully explain all of the features of the vehicle to our satisfaction. In closing, it was a pleasure meeting with this gentleman, and we will most definitely recommment Rafael as someone who will definitely work hard to meet all of your expectation when looking to purchase a vehicle.

We were on vacation from Nyc with my wife enjoying West Virginia when our car started shaking and baking and could barely move without severe shaking. Being that this was our sole means of transportation too as well as BACK from our trip we were distraught and didn't know where to turn. This is where Mike in charge of the service desk and Nissan stepped up and in. After explaining our dilemma to him even despite there shop being very full and busy with other repairs, Mike prioritized our car. Took some doing to find out what was wrong but after some serious diagnostic challenges it was concluded to be the rear drive shaft. Parts were ordered and our car was fixed within two days time. All the time Mike coordinated with us a car rental place so we could still enjoy our vacation, supplied status updates when I called which was several times and again had our car repaired as soon as possible. This was important to us as if its early in the day when the parts arrived and car repaired we would not have to spend more money on a hotel as we would have had to pay another night if it had not been repaired early in the day. His patience with us, kindness and empathy went a long way to turning a bad situation into a bearable one. He even assured us we would be fine the trip back 570 miles to Nyc with a new rear drive shaft, and we were!! Car ran like a top and we arrived home tired but safe and sound. Hats off to Nissan and their mechanics, employees and especially Mike at the service desk for showing us some southern hospitality and great customer service in our time of need.
From the day I purchased my Xterra right to today, picking it up from a collision repair, I have had the best customer service from any dealer I've ever done business with. Quality repair work and bonus surprise to find every inch of the inside of the car cleaned. Wow!! You never see extras like that any more. Sales and Service people are top notch. Waiting room always super clean and stocked with goodies and drinks. I would highly recommend this dealership. I'm very impressed with every aspect of their customer service.
After doing a lot of research I really wanted to test drive the rouge. Sport. WOW was I pleased. Chuck was great no pressure just the faxes. Did not need to go any place. Everything they promised me they did. Happy to do business with such professionals. Thanks chuck and everyone who made the magic happen. Oh and that little Rogue Sport is super.
