Our 2013 Ford C-Max (odo 65,000 miles) experienced two problems this summer. On a hot day in June, the check engine light came on, indicating a misfire. We are the second owners of the car, and it wasn???t purchased from Laird Noller, but because this seemed a manufacturer specific problem, I took it to Laird Noller. They repaired it; we paid for the repair and hoped that was that. Unfortunately the problem repeated twice more, the last time stranding us in KC and requiring a tow, after the car went into ???safety mode.??? Each time we brought it to Laird Noller, Greg and the other staff got us a rental and ultimately did not charge us for the repair, because they had not caught it the first time. A few months later the car died unexpectedly overnight. The battery tested as fine. Laird Noller reset the computer and again did not charge us for the fix. As much as we love our C-Max, we???re disappointed with its reliability. Laird Noller, however, has been above reproach. They???ve earned our loyalty and gratitude.
