Such a smooth comfortable drive. Even the inconnvience of having to deal with a disability lift was no issue for them. They went out of their way to make this happen for us. We had the absolute best service at Jim Keras Nissan! Maurice went above and beyond to make sure we were able to purchase the car we wanted! He along with Stephen our finance guy made us feel completely comfortable and right at home! They were not pushy in any way! The price on the car is wonderful as well! I traveled all the way from MS to purchase my 2016 Maxima. Greg Johnson went above and beyond to get me financed and in and out in time to make it to my dad's surprise party. I will definitely be back and will send as many of my family and friends to Greg in the future.
I just purchased a 2018 Mazda MX-5 from Gwatney Mazda. Chris, my sales associate was very friendly and didn't pressure me at all into buying. Tony, the GM, was also very friendly. After coming to a deal, a great one at that (thanks Tony!), My car had to be brought in from another state. Chris went and picked it up for me as well!
Once it came time to sign the paperwork, Brandy was my Finance department associate, and she was great! Very transparent in the process, going over everything and not once pushing any extra warranties or paint protection or anything silly like that.
Overall, I would recommend Gwatney Mazda if you're looking for a fair, no pressure and friendly environment to buy a car from.
Great Service department even though they did not honor my oil change coupon. It was expired, however I bought a new car and had two coupons and do all in town driving so this was only my second oil change.
