Justin was very helpful when I took the car in with a problem I thought should possibly have been solved in an earlier recent visit. He was willing to work with me and remained professional, understanding of my financial situation, and understanding of the reason I was a bit upset having to bring the car back so soon. In the end, I can say I do recommend the service, because of staff like this who are accommodating to someone in a tight spot like I was.
I can???t say enough about our experience at Marlboro Nissan. We felt like family the second we walked through the door. Everyone was so welcoming. We went there with the hopes of buying a new car but never thought we???d be driving one off the lot same day. Brian Rogers is amazing at his job! He kept us entertained and made us laugh the whole time. I can honestly say we will never buy a car anywhere else ever again. Thank you Marlboro Nissan!
Had to drop in for an overdue oil change - no line no waitin

I was about 5k miles over due for an oil change and needed one deps rarely! Arrived a little after 4:30 on a Tuesday and there was no wait! In addition to a free oil change (thank God for coupons I wasn???t even aware of) they addressed a recall on my car and an hour later o was off! Thank you Justin & Lilly for letting me know the best time to head in!!!
Second visit and almost as good as the first. Very courteous staff, but I came at a busy time and had almost a two and a half hour wait. To be fair, they were up front with me about the wait and pretty accurate with the time they estimated. I received what I felt was a very sincere apology. Overall I was pleased with the service received
While I did not end up purchasing at this dealership (due to finding a suitable vehicle at a competitive price much closer to home), I was impressed with the responsiveness of the internet rep (Brian). The emails weren’t just robo-style communications; they were personalized outreaches and prompt answers to my questions. I can’t speak to the buying process but I was impressed with my interactions and would have followed through with a visit to the dealership for a test drive had I not found a suitable vehicle.
I went to this Nissan dealership just to look for a car with no intention of buying right away I ended up test driving the car and fell in love with it! Brian Rogers helped me pick out the perfect car for me! I???m so happy that I just decided to go look because now I have an amazing car! All the people at the dealer are super nice and completely honest with you! I would recommend Nissan dealership in Marlborough and Brian Rogers to anyone! Thank you Brian and thank you Nissan!

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.
Car shopping has always been taxing, but working with Lance Ward and the team at Coastal Nissan truly changed that experience for my family. My husband, our 7 year old son and I visited the dealer on two occasions before deciding on a purchase. During each visit Lance spent numerous hours with us going over options on the different vehicles we were interested in, as well as pricing/financing options available to us. There was zero pressure, 100% transparency in the process and price, and none of that typical old school car salesmen foolishness. The gentleman who worked on the financing part for the deal for us was super-efficient, friendly and thoughtful and got us a great rate with a local bank. I’m confident I got an excellent deal on my new car and the fabulous service we received throughout the process was just the icing on the cake. I had an excellent experience buying a used vehicle from Coastal Auto Center. My salesman, Lance Ward, arranged a test drive. I really liked the Nissan Altima and found the " no surprise price" to be fair. Lance showed me the Carfax and told me about some recent repairs made to the car. There was no haggling involved and Lance gave me a very generous allowance for my trade. Linda, the friendly office manager, helped with the paperwork and I was out the door with my new car in a few hours. Hassle free and great people to deal with.
I want to start by saying that dealing with Coastal Nissan and in particular, Lance Ward, changed my perspective on buying a car. Over the time of my life I have purchased a few cars with different dealerships. I have never gone back to the same place twice nor have I ever referred to family or friends. That is all going to change. Not only was my experience so good I will not only refer, return or give a good review but I will encourage people to go. They were all very professional. Between the Norwell and Cohasset sites, I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. It seemed as if they went above and beyond what they needed to. Overall I felt they cared what they were doing and I will definitely purchase another car from them when need be. I will deal with anyone there but Lance is going to be my first choice. Kyle is an absolute magician. I came into the dealership to browse and compare some pricing. Was not expecting to buy but I was open to the inventory. With my credit, I thought I???d be lucky to leave in a pair of new rollerblades. Kyle was amazing, found an option and vehicle that would work for me. After a short wait, I left with the car that same day!! Unreal, saying I???m pleased would be an understatement. Good inventory, great pricing, better service. Talk to Kyle, or go home.
