Greeted by Felix outside of dealership which was a nice first impression in regards to customer service. Friendly and good at building rapport with client. Knowledge of the car could have been better. Car sold itself more less. Went back and forth with price to make sure we paid what we felt was the right price and we felt good about it but did feel undervalued as a customer when the GM came over to immediately suggest ???something that was within our budget???. It wasn???t by any means outside of our budget but the fact that the price they started off with was wrong from the price online is what bothered me when it came to negotiating. Thumbs up for Felix getting us a price we could agree upon and better yet the dream car my fiance has always wanted. I would also like to thank Guy Ghrist on his service as he made us feel great about our purchase and even better hooked us up with the right warranties down the road. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Overall good experience and would do business or purchase another car from Ken Ganley Nissan again!
Great dealership to work with. I found the HHR on the internet,called and worked a deal before I even went to look at. I live about 150 + miles away. The dealership was upfront on everything they said about the car, and was very easy to work with over the phone and in person. One of the best experience I had in car buying. All dealerships should be like this.

A great place to buy from Jr and Nick are the best someone else was interested in the 2018 4runner limited they found another vehicle for that costumer so I good purchase the one on the lot, the purchase was quick and easy thank u very much
Have dealt w this dealership for years and never felt any pressure. My level of satisfaction has always been high, even when things did not necessarily go my way. What I really like about this dealership is that the sales folks and the managers are on the same page. I have never felt that in order to make sure my sales rep, whom I really like, looks good in front of the managers, I have to compromise on a deal.
In other words, while everyone at Bedford is upfront and no nonsense, they always appear to go out of their way to give the customer a decent deal to the point that one is always comfortable coming back again and again.
Everyone is friendly and works to tailor a deal specific to your situation. They put the extra time in to work with you, theyre spectacle!
