Purchased a certified GMC Sierra. Staff was great and love the truck. The only negative was that the truck only had 1 key / key fob. Sales staff said they would look for 2nd key but eventually sent me to parts to buy another key and was quoted $160... Would have been nice for the staff to pick that up since we just spent a ton on a nearly new truck.

I own a 2018 Nissan Murano Midnight Edition. This edition has all the options available but I did not want the moon-roof option. (Didn't care for it). Once you shut the door and sit in the drivers seat, you are shut off from the outside. It is extremely quiet inside the suv and drive noise is very minimal. First thing you will notice is the quality of the interior which Nissan put soft leather on everything. It adds a level of luxury that you see in high end suv's. I did test drive a Lexus RX and enjoyed the drive but ABSOLUTELY DISLIKED the interior setup. I loved how Nissan set up the interior electronics compared to the Lexus RX. It's ease of use and navigation of your buttons is perfect! I commend Nissan for this user friendly way of control. (Lexus, gives you a mouse to use for navigating your display) Yes you heard me correct!!! LOL. Not to mention the Murano's Exterior design is superior and has a look of moving when standing still! The drive is also very responsive with 260 HP and 0-60 in 7 ish seconds. I have the AWD version and I will never go back to rear or front wheel drive only. Fantastic handling in snow and raining/muddy conditions with 21/28 city/highway mpg. I also enjoy the 11 bose speaker sound system and the sound in the vehicle is great if you are listening to high treble type music, but if you enjoy low bass type of music it misses the mark a bit. In addition, I am particular over the headlights in any car and purchased very bright LED (Low-Beams) so I can see the road better. Overall, I absolutely love my Murano with the options Nissan provides at a very affordable cost!
Came in for Car Service and Dealer found front brakes seriously low. Repair done and glad I did since we went on a trip and went down a large mountain.

I've had a lot of Nissans, one Xterra, two Pathfinders, two Rogues, and now this is my third Murano, oh yes, and a 1979 280ZX. I got used to the CVT transmission and if you can get over that, you'll be fine with the Murano. My Murano is an SL AWD so it has plenty of tech in it and its a very comfortable car on the highway and lots of room to spare.
My Canyon broke down 700+ miles from home. Dealership went out of their way to fix and return my truck so that I didnt have to extend my stay including staying late on a Friday to complete repairs. Thus, I was able to pick up my truck early Saturday AM. I am very grateful for and appreciative of their efforts.

Love the comfort and handling. Nice styling, good power, smooth handling. Spacious comfort that makes it great for moving friends and family. The grand kids love it
I went into look at a Subaru Legacy which I did not care for however I did see one I did like and after the test drive and 2 minutes of negotiation we had a deal and I was out of there 20 minutes later. They were all very friendly and helpful. The process was very easy and no pressure was ever felt.
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

Have the Murano AWD. Very comfortable, quick, and quiet. Looked at the Highlander, Pilot, and Sante Fee. This was by far the best of the group.

EXTRAORDINARILY COMFORTABLE RIDE, ALL THE AMENITIES, SO MUCH ROOM. THE VEHICLE IS BEAUTIFUL, I FEEL LIKE A WEALTHY PERSON WITH THIS BEAUTIFUL MURANO. THE BACK SEATS ARE SPACIOUS AND THE REAR CARGO AREA GETS EVEN LARGER WHEN YOU LOWER THE BACK SEATS. YOU WILL LOVE THIS CAR

On this last visit it was all about an oil change. I booked an appointment and I was out of there within 45 minutes from my appointment time. They have a great waiting area.
I have a Duramax Diesel Engine. When I bought my Vehicle from them I bought lifetime oil changes for about $900. In reality that is 10 oil changes on my beast. My truck uses 11 quarts of oil and that also includes topping off the DEF and Oil filter. So, I was very happy about purchasing this service.
