Outstanding service department

First off, let me note that I did not buy my Infiniti from this dealership. However, I had a friend refer this dealership to me for my routine service. She emphasized how comfortable she felt, how quick & efficient they were, and the cost was less than what she used to pay at the "quick oil change" chains. If you are reading this review, I can assure you, I have thanked her many times since. I took my car there for my first oil change. Since that first visit, I have never had my car serviced anywhere but Modern Nissan of Hickory. Chris Meza was the service advisor that assisted me that day. He was, and he continues to be, the primary reason I go back. He treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. He made me feel very comfortable, he reviewed their process with me, and showed me the waiting area, and all the perks there to make the customers feel at home. My oil change really is less than what I used to pay at the "quick oil change" businesses, and I have extremely qualified technicians working on my car. I feel like I can trust Chris, and this dealership, and that is a huge priority with me! It has been 16 months since my first visit. I drive an average of 500 miles a week, so I have been back numerous times for oil changes, and tire rotations. Every time, Chris is quick to come from behind his desk, he greets me with a smile as he calls me by name, and thanks me for coming back. I appreciate his respect for his customer and I value that he and the service department have earned my trust. I strongly admire a business that supports these character traits in their employees. There is true value in building a strong foundation with your customers, and I believe you realize that as well. To Chris, and to Modern Nissan, I would like to say thank you. My compliments for a job exceptionally well done! I am proud to recommend you to my friends!
