My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

We were from Indiana and came to Garbers with a broken down Mazda late Saturday afternoon just before they closed. They were closed Sunday so Monday was our target for repairs. The repair process became a bigger job than expected and added another day for us in Midland. By Tuesday at 10 am we were off to Indiana with a fixed vehicle finally heading for home. Thank to everyone. Thanks to Bobby for being so kind and helpful. Also, thank you for allowing us to drive a 2018 Equinox for the 3 days and providing lunch while we waited Monday. I worked with Mark Newman and several other members of his team at Garber CDJR at the start of the new year getting a great lease on a new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4 and getting the vehicle, lease paperwork and documentation and vehicle delivery and keys handoff complete in a record 48x hours (I was traveling and in between homes and cities at the time and had a very tight time frame in which to close the deal or I would have been returning to my second home empty handed). I had very specific Jeep GC Overland model requests (specific engine type, exterior and interior color, interior and exterior features etc.) with the most difficult being that of a specific engine type (the 5.7L V8 Hemi, which I HIGHLY recommend, the engine note tuning alone is worth the price of admission) and Mark not only located my exact model preference and needs at a partner dealer in southern Michigan but also negotiated a quick delivery and pickup of my vehicle as well as having to arrange an 11th hour search and secure mission after the first partner dealer trade fell through. All of this was done with excellent communication, professionalism, speed and the stellar "Midwestern work ethic" that I'm always searching for in my own industry and that I'm proud to say I was born and raised with. Mark and his team also were very sensitive to and understanding and accommodating of my financial needs and concerns, me being a twenty something first time (ever, total newbie) car buyer/lessee and without all of the previously mentioned and their financial situation understanding in particular I know I would have been hard pressed to secure my new Jeep (a vehicle and model ((the Overland 4x4 specifically)) that'd I'd had my eye on for over 5 years up until I landed mine with Garber. I can't recommend Mark Newman as your principal sales contact enough and the other members of his team were amazing as well, from finance specialists to shop technicians and lot managers. The Garber team is truly stellar, appreciative and welcoming and geared to their fellow community members, hard working, hard charging deal makers and in the end, did something that no other dealership in a 700 mile radius was able to do for me (many dealerships backed out immediately when I told them my tight 1-2x day turnaround time in line with my needs and vehicle choice). I can't say thanks and appreciation enough. Absolutely Go Garber!

This vehicle addresses all my needs. Roomy, great looking and a smooth ride. I travel for work and this ride is like a nice corner office. If you like music, invest in the Bose system. The standard radio sounds terrible if you listen to your music load.

Overall the Car comes as advertised - the majority of the tech is functional and adds to the driver experience. EXCEPT - repeated issues getting the Car to recognize or work with IPhone X - either in tethered or blue tooth mode - this is getting to be a deal breaker. Dealerships are trying to resolve but seem lost.

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

The only reason i gave 4 stars was because as soon as i left the dealership i had a check engine light come on. But they fixed it right there on the spot. But i love the vehicle so far. Plus with all the extra features it feels like im driving a luxury car.

I leased a 2017 Ram 1500 from Mike Plitzen. I stopped in back over the holidays to test drive a Ram to see what it was compared to the Silverado. Mike was friendly and straight forward from the start. He didn't try to pressure the sale. Even though I live 90 miles away, I still went to Mike because he would answer all my questions. When I made the decision to buy, he laid out all the terms plainly and there were no surprises. As far as the truck goes, Chevy was quoting me payments $60-$100 more a month for an extended cab and I would have been a returning lessee. The Ram is a Crew Cab and handles much better. In short Mike got me more truck for less.

Who Knew Car Buying Could Be So Easy?

I completely enjoyed my car buying experience with Carvana! The online process was so simple. After selecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase, it was just a matter of uploading a few documents and I had an offer on my trade-in and financing approval within minutes. I picked up my car at their Nashville location a couple of days later and it was delivered spotless and in like-new condition. The entire pick-up experience took less than an hour and that's including a 20 minute test drive. No hassles, no sales pitch and no pressure. I wish I could remember the name of the customer advocate in Nashville (I think it was AJ-but I'm not 100% sure about that) because he was excellent and deserves a shout-out in this review. The only extremely slight negative was that the 360 website tour of the vehicle that I purchased incorrectly showed heated seats as one of the features but the car does not have heated seats. Wasn't a deal breaker for me as the car was a great value for the features that it did have and it was otherwise exactly as advertised. Loving my nearly new car and would definitely buy from Carvana again!

I love my 2014 Kia Soul. It's the 2014 base model but has features most base models don't. Cruise control, bluetooth, digital dash with outside temp., avg. MPG, fuel window by miles remaining, etc.. It's like new, has low miles at 35K. I read some reviews about the Soul base models 1.6L engine, that it was sluggish or lacking power, I find this not to be true. I think some reviews are too picky, it's not a dodge charger with a hemi but it has more than enough power for any normal driver. There are a couple of barely noticeable blemishes but this is expected from a three year old vehicle. The process was much easier than dealing with a dealer or individual seller. I financed through Carvana, very easy process. The car drives like new and to my surprise, the Soul has a ton of room for a guy 6-2. The delivery guy was cool and the vehicle was delivered three business days after I purchased it. I saved a lot of money. I did my research and local dealers are charging around $1k more for this vehicle plus you have to pay their dealer fees and deal with the bs games they play (aggravating). I also saved $500 from a friend referral, so I saved around $2K. I would highly recommend Carvana.

My Nissan Murano is all I ever wanted in a sport utility vehicle. It stands up to the competition. The ride is smooth, powerful, and commanding. I don't feel intimidated when riding along side other SUV's. Best purchase in a vehicle that I've ever made. Thanks Crown!

My Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

I was in need of a used car. Obviously everyone wants to get a great deal so in order to do that the typical procedure would be to start scanning used car ads, the internet, calling dealers, looking through the newspaper, etc.. It was by accident that I found Carvana and I am so glad that I did. This time, I could go "used car shopping" completely from home and I could examine every car available, of which there were many, many cars, and I could look at the outside, the inside, the details of the outside and inside, the reports on the car- knowing what type of service has been done-accidents-anything, and then go through each and every feature that the car has. Being able to do this from home on my time and at my pace made the "looking for the car" simple, fun, and rewarding. Then, after finding the ideal vehicle for me, it was such a simple, easy, and actually fun process to put the car on hold, get all the paperwork in, and then have the vehicle delivered to my home. In the past I would have made two or three trips to a dealership and then spent HOURS going over paperwork, plus I would have had to endure the inevitable offers the finance manager would try to sell me when I finally got to sign papers. NONE of that happened with Carvana. I found the vehicle I wanted, put it on hold, filled out the paperwork and emailed it in, and the car was delivered to my home!! It was a fantastic experience!! Ordering a car off the internet was as easy as ordering a pair of pants! The best part was there was ABSOLUTELY NO RISK! Carvana gave me 7 days to drive the car, look it over, have it checked, whatever I wanted to do to be sure it was what I wanted and that I liked it before I actually owned it. If, for any reason, I decided I didn't want this car I could have Carvana pick it up no questions asked. If I had found a different car that I liked better, no problem. Carvana would let me change to a different car. After I decided to keep the car, Carvana provided an additional warranty at no charge so Carvana took all of the worry about purchasing a vehicle. During the time prior to taking delivery, I called Carvana a few times as I am one who asks a lot of questions and EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALLED, CARVANA'S CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE FABULOUS!! THEY WORKED AS HARD TO ASSIST ME AS THEY WOULD HAVE FOR THEIR OWN FAMILY!! In my 66 years on this planet, I've dealt with many kinds of people and I can tell you without any hesitation that Carvana is doing everything they could possibly do as a company to make sure their customers are satisfied and have an excellent experience. I can tell you that my experience was definitely excellent and I already have highly recommended them, and will continue to recommend them in the future. If and when my next car purchase occurs, I'll be calling Carvana!!

It’s beautiful inside and out. The ride is smooth and there’s plenty of leg room in the back. The Murano makes it much easier for my wife to get in and out of.

Our van, that we bought 9 years ago from this dealer, was hit. We had our van towed to the body shop. We worked with Mel Krueger. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our van. The damage was more than the worth. Mel helped us out, we had to clean out the vichele, it was an emotional let go. Mel was considerate and more than helpful. We would highly recommend this body shop. Their employees were so knowledgable.

Comfortable smooth ride. Rear hatch is very heavy could use an automatic button to close. More color choices. Plenty of room inside. Voice recognition could be better
