I had a great experience signing my original lease for a new Murano 3 years ago, but ever since I started the process of closing out that lease and deciding on next steps, the dealer gave me nothing but a headache. I???m a very direct person and I quickly lose respect for people to try to make a deal seem like it???s more than it is. After dealing with my original Tampa Bay Nissan dealer for the last three months I decided to look elsewhere and compare what I was hearing. From the moment I submitted my original inquiry online, it???s been nothing but a wonderful experience. Bill Carey called me back almost immediately and started discussing my options. He was friendly, helpful and very to the point. I appreciate him not wasting my time, which allowed me to make a quicker decision. Once we had discussed some numbers over the phone, I drove to the dealership which was about 45 minutes from my house. The drive was totally worth it! Bill set me up with Jason, who is another amazing asset on the Lokey team. Jason let me drive four different vehicles and was very helpful in pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of each. Even when I forgot and I asked the same question multiple times, he never got irritated. It took me a little bit of time to make a final decision, but once I did they made the process so easy. They managed to get my car ready and most of the paperwork done before I went back to the dealer. That way when I did get there to pick it up, I didn???t have to wait hours on hours. I???m so glad I picked Lokey for my new 2018 Murano lease, I am 120% satisfied! Oh yes, I can???t forget, even those ???HUGE??? guys, were nothing but a HUGE disappointment. I literally had to contact them at least 10 times before I got a call back and once I did the quote they gave me for my lease was $200 more than anyone else. You could tell they just wanted to sell me something quick and that they would benefit the most from. PICK LOKEY EVERYTIME PEOPLE! 5 Stars!!
