Kristan Johnson is an awesome service person. She's knowledgeable, kind, considerate and always goes above and beyond to make sure you get the service you need. I give her a 10 star rating. I love my car. It’s comfortable and affordable. Love the interiors. It’s my third Murano. It’s a 4x4 and it drives like a automobile. Smooth
We went into Gettel Nissan not knowing what to expect. We walked out of there with HUGE smiles on our faces and hugging our saleswoman Lynn. She was incredible. She held our hand through the entire process of buying our first new car and even resolved issues we had with another dealership. If you go to Gettel Nissan, be sure to ask for Lynn. Driving off the lot with our new car was a dream come true and Lynn really made the entire thing that much more special for us. Love!!!

Love the interior. Comfy seats. Everything is in hands reach. First time having a vehicle with a backup camera...didn’t really like it at first, but can’t live without it now. Love the ease of putting seats down for extra storage.

My daughter and I went to the Nissan's sister dealership (Hyundai) next door on 5/17/17 and the experience was most disappointing. After meeting Brian Treder at Gettel Nissan the following day (5/18/17), shopping was most satisfying and rewarding. Got my daughter her first car and her first car buying experience was wonderful. Brian was patient, understanding and AWESOME.

The weak link in this vehicle is the front end styling. Every other angle of this vehicle is great. This almost keep me from buying it.
I bought a new Hyundai Genesis and two years later,a used Santa Fe.The prices were better than the competition and the salesmen were very professional.
Buying from Gettel was a no stress situation where you are pressured to buy.
T he Santa Fe has 71000 miles but was fully inspected,tuned,and had absolutely no issues.Gettel was very reputable with their 100 point check.The truck came with brand new tires and a full report on the status of the vehicle.The salesman,Ami was a pleasure to deal with.

The Murano meet all my needs and is good looking great styling on the suv. All the safety features are nice as well. Great leg room.
I have a 2009 Nissan Maxima which is in excellent condition with just 45,000 miles on the odometer. I have great confidence that the Venice Nissan service department will keep it running well! They do excellent repairs and service on the vehicle at reasonable costs. They have an outstanding service department and treat their customers in a warm respectful manner and do everything possible to make the service experience a positive one. I highly recommend Venice Nissan.
Car great in General but IPhone X issues

Overall the Car comes as advertised - the majority of the tech is functional and adds to the driver experience. EXCEPT - repeated issues getting the Car to recognize or work with IPhone X - either in tethered or blue tooth mode - this is getting to be a deal breaker. Dealerships are trying to resolve but seem lost.
We, Terri and Ben Mixter, had a great experience last week buying our 2018 KICKS SV in Monarch Orange with a black top!! Our sales consultant was Frank Wagner, Jr. and our Business Manager was John Kay. Both are very professional and knowledgeable while being helpful and friendly. This is our third Nissan, The 2013 ROGUE we traded on the KICKS, and a 2016 FRONTIER we loved but traded in when we bought a travel trailer too large for the FRONTIER to safely tow! Wer also look forward to working with Dustin Stevens in the Service department again!
My wife absolutely loves this car! Drives well.

Had my 2013 Pathfinder serviced on its regular schedule, as well as correcting two service recalls while in. From the time I drove up to the time I retrieved my car, I had first class service. The service manager was most accommodating and receptive. I usually have my service done in Chicago, but this service was a little better from what I receive in Chicago. Highly recommend this place for service.

I had a Murano (2004) and loved it but it was time to get something new. I test drove a few other cars but once I drove this Murano I knew the search was over. Comfortable seating and a lot of the functions were similar to my previous vehicle which made the transition easier.

927 miles on truck and in the middle of a busy highway at 70 miles behind thousands of cars my rear tire exploded, big caos, finally change the tire, call my dealership since the car has 900 miles I was expecting some kind of a car warranty just to find out that if you didn’t purchase the 1k extended warranty you are out of luck... I was stoked the vas has not even brake 1k miles and Ancira Nissan has no warranty on new cars unless you buy it
