We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

A professional place for both buying and service. I got to experience both when I bought my Rogue. I was greeted almost immediately and felt like it would be a no hassle experience from the beginning. We worked with Chelsea to look at different options until we found the right fit. I had hit a rock small enough to fit until my front bumber, yet big enough to destroy my oil pan. The people at Team Nissan were very pleasant and helpful. I give them higher grades for customer satisfaction than I do for my insurance company frankly.

As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

As promised. It was done complete. On time, even a bit sooner than expected. Reasonable prices. They even seem happy to be working together there.

I'm a long time customer of Kelly Nissan Woburn and have purchased and leased cars there. This visit was for a used vehicle, so a slightly different experience because there are more variables. We worked with Shawn who was polite and helpful, greeting us warmly as soon as we arrived. We explained it needs and budget and he helped us talk through some different options. Although he couldn't meet our exact needs he took the time to demonstrate a few different vehicles and cheer fully, said goodbye when we decided to keep looking elsewhere. Ultimately we decided that working with a dealer we trust and feel respected by made it worth stretching the budget a bit.
