The salesman Craig was extremely helpful in my attempts to purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue platinum. He worked with me to establish a budget that accommodated my needs to the precise amount. However, due to my recent purchase of another vehicle one month prior. This wasn’t the right time for me to trade in my car for the newer vehicle Nucar was offering me. Craig Adams is the best representative that you can work with. Craig is highly knowledgeable about the products, even though you would imagine a car is just hop in turn the key, Craig took the time before the test drive and explained how all the features in the vehicle work and ensured that these are the features I wanted. Craig took time to understand my needs and didn't making this a challenging car buying experience and literally embodied the Nucar "Bill of rights". Over the top service, personable, relatable and makes it an enjoyable experience.

Stopped on the way home because the heater fan was making strange noises and vibrated. The mechanic immediately checked it out, diagnosed the problem and, even though it was close to closing time, offered to fix it right away. He expertly took apart the dash, showed me the reason for the noise (a rodent built a nest in the fan compartment) and quickly, fixed and disinfected it. This was already past closing hours. The dealership also cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle. Impressive expertise and customer service that blew me away, saving me a lot of time and hassle. I am a tough customer demanding the best and this dealership exceeded on all counts. Highly recommend them.
