Despite my initial skepticism about a three-year-old car with only 5,000 miles, Stephanie's thorough knowledge of the vehicle's history put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase, transforming my concerns into confidence. I also want to give a shoutout to Corey in finance. He took the time to explain prepayment policies and extended warranties, making sure I understood my options without pushing unnecessary sales. I brought my 2020 Telluride in for recall work. The experience was excellent, from booking the appointment, to picking the car up. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and the drop box was easy to use. The service department called me mid-morning to let me know they had the car in and when I could pick it up. When I got there, the car was ready, they had also done the inspection, which I had forgot was due, AND they had washed the car. Everyone I spoke with, whether on the phone or in person, was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Kia of Middletown!
