Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.

We compared the Murano to other luxury mid-sized SUV crossovers and felt like the Murano was a better value. The powerful V6 engine, comfortable zero gravity seats and quiet ride were better than higher-priced competitors. I like the sporty styling, and it also fits nicely in our garage. I had a 2012 Murano that I gave to my daughter after 183,000 miles. She is still driving it today with only minor repairs and expense after 11 years of big-city driving. The Murano is a great car at a great price.

I love this SUV! The ride is smooth and amazing. The mileage and gas is great for a 6 cylinder! What a great vehicle. I bought the 2020 SV after researching. I am very happy with it. Only thing i wish the passenger seat had a lumbar seat! Other then that this car is a winner!

I absolutely love this car, especially all the safety equipment. My only complaint is you can't see out of the rear window very well. But all the newer cars have this same problem.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. Only Issue I have it’s friction between leathers seats and middle console. Avoid leather seats, Dealers can’t do much with this issue to be fixed. Other on that it’s a great vehicle.

A great experience from start to finish. Faizan, my sales person, was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Kevin, the manager was courteous and helpful. Offer on used vehicle was over 15% higher than other dealers. Not much wiggle room on new car prices in today's environment, so that part of the deal was easy. There was the standard upsell by the finance person, who was very nice and efficient. Clean, attractive dealership with exceptional staff. I recommend highly.

Have a 2010 AWD Ti has done 340k not missed a beat until recently had fuel injector fail and wear and tear starting to show but still very responsive. Engine inside also seems to have more build up than what i would've expected having had regular servicing. dont know if thats common , just an observation. I love the Bose system , has a sub in tire well and pumps loud. Leather seats very comfortable . Electric tailgate and sunroofs pretty cool. Is a pleasure to drive with good visability

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

So far we like our Nissan Murano. It's a quality, low mileage car. It has enough room for comfort on local or long trips. We like the bells and whistles and enjoy driving it.

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

Overall a great experience. Friendly staff, no pressure and smooth purchase. I had my car transferred from another CarMax dealer with no problem and they actually transferred two that I was interested in. This was great, as I was torn between the two and was able to test drive both and make a decision. Very happy overall!

I've driven Nissan for several years already. This 2021 Murano has the beautiful look to it. The only issue was a strut on both sides that went out, but the warranty covered it all. Total reliable vehicle for the fam!

I was looking for a Toyota RAV4 & found one online @ Car Gurus. I drove a hr to see the vehicle, from GB Md to Waldorf Md. My salesman was Daryl, He was great. Very friendly, also was the Finance Manager. Everyone was very helpful. I ended up buying the RAV4. I love it. I’ve had my original car (Toyota Camry) for 22yrs. I kept it , I couldn’t bare to trade it in. But again they were so nice , they detailed my Rav4 & filled up the tank. It was worth the drive.

My wife and I bought the 2023 Murano Platinum as a replacement for our 2015 Murano Platinum. The purchase was an easy decision since we truly loved the 2015, but what we got was a vehicle that far exceeded our expectations. The 2023 has so much more In technology, safety, and upgrades over our 2015, but the ride is noticeably superior over the 2015. My wife and I are now retired, and looking forward to many traveling Highway miles to visit family, friends, and new adventures together in our new Murano.

Without discussing the beginning of my car search journey, I will go straight to the end of my journey with Nissan / Hyundai located in Waldorf MD. Anne Maus, Todd Zaciek, Denzel Payne and Max Cho... My search started May 9, 2022 and Ended June 7, 2022. It went from dealing with 2 sales associates I would NEVER recommend, to dealing with an EXCELLENT salesperson that assisted me for three weeks. Hands down Anne Maus (Nissan Dealer) is the best sales associate to have assisted me with my car search. Anne and I spoke, texted and emailed for 3 weeks. I finally went to the dealer on Saturday, May 29, 2022. I test drive 3 vehicles and fell in LOVE with the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, because the vehicle was a certified vehicle I had to work with a Hyundai Sales Associate. After 5 days of being jerked around, the vehicle I fell in love with was sold. I texted my disappointment to the manager. I immediately received a call from Todd Z. Mr. Todd Z., went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. The next day Mr. Todd Z. sent me information on another Santa Fe. The truck that I fell in love with didn't even compare to the truck Mr. Todd Z sold me! I arrived at the Dealer on June 7, 2022 to sign off on my paperwork. I received nothing but TOP NOTCH SERVICE from my original Sales associate Anne Maus, a new sales associate from Hyundai, Denzel Payne. Denzel Payne showed me how to work all the gadgets on my new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate. Mr. Max Cho, the finance gentleman was very pleasant to work with, he made my experience very easy. I've never had an issue with my 2014 Murano SV except for the battery cables that come loose at the most unreliable times. Otherwise, I love the features, but I hate the front wheel drive. It's not reliable in wet or icy weather.
