I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

We compared the Murano to other luxury mid-sized SUV crossovers and felt like the Murano was a better value. The powerful V6 engine, comfortable zero gravity seats and quiet ride were better than higher-priced competitors. I like the sporty styling, and it also fits nicely in our garage. I had a 2012 Murano that I gave to my daughter after 183,000 miles. She is still driving it today with only minor repairs and expense after 11 years of big-city driving. The Murano is a great car at a great price.

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

I bought my Murano new. I now have 55000 miles it has been one of the best vehicles I have owned. I have owned over 70 vehicles this at the top. I have owned Lexus, Cadillac, BMW,s this Muranno is as good or even better.

I contacted sales through email and Sean got back to me ASAP. He answered all of my questions including checking the lot personally to be positive he had the color I wanted. My wife and I bought the 2023 Murano Platinum as a replacement for our 2015 Murano Platinum. The purchase was an easy decision since we truly loved the 2015, but what we got was a vehicle that far exceeded our expectations. The 2023 has so much more In technology, safety, and upgrades over our 2015, but the ride is noticeably superior over the 2015. My wife and I are now retired, and looking forward to many traveling Highway miles to visit family, friends, and new adventures together in our new Murano.

I have purchased 6 vehicles from Jeff and his team and still own them all. The price was more than fair and so far other than normal wear and tear no mechanical issues. All vehicles some had higher mileage, however all were imaculate and the high mileage is not an issue on our Diesel Truck or Lexus or BMW. All 6 run great! This SUV is great for anyone,met my needs& Excellent performance. Cruise control all working devices. Wife wants smaller car to learn how to drive,that's why selling it. Besides have another car myself.

I love this SUV! The ride is smooth and amazing. The mileage and gas is great for a 6 cylinder! What a great vehicle. I bought the 2020 SV after researching. I am very happy with it. Only thing i wish the passenger seat had a lumbar seat! Other then that this car is a winner!

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

I came back to A1 carz about the problem of the vehicle that I recently purchased the 2010 Toyota Matrix. Sonny and Ali worked with me and even give me a car to borrow while my car was getting repaired. Sonny called the next day and told me what was wrong with the vehicle and that I shouldnt worried about any expenses. Have a 2010 AWD Ti has done 340k not missed a beat until recently had fuel injector fail and wear and tear starting to show but still very responsive. Engine inside also seems to have more build up than what i would've expected having had regular servicing. dont know if thats common , just an observation. I love the Bose system , has a sub in tire well and pumps loud. Leather seats very comfortable . Electric tailgate and sunroofs pretty cool. Is a pleasure to drive with good visability

I came in pre approved with my credit union. Wanted to look at 3 suvs. I went on two test drives. Went through the whole car to see the items that were scuffed or messed up slightly. Then made my decision of which one I wanted. Told them the number I thought was fair. And in less than 2.5 hours made my decision. I love my Nissan murano awd SL gas mileage is good, now I'm getting to 150,000 miles I've had to replace my radiator the top of it detached from the top seam. My idler pulley is going bad have to get a new one and replace spark plugs. I don't mind one bit replacing these parts I hope one day I will get a brand new one.

Process was very simple. Moe the salesman had the car ready when we arrived. He let us go on the test drive and did not limit how long or how far. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We we're in and out in under 3 hours.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

I've never had an issue with my 2014 Murano SV except for the battery cables that come loose at the most unreliable times. Otherwise, I love the features, but I hate the front wheel drive. It's not reliable in wet or icy weather.

My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

This is probably one of the best vehicles that I ever owned taking it to North Carolina twice from Long Island New York and it was an amazing trip great gas mileage for an SUV quiet comfortable my only complaint is that you can't change the stereo head unit other than that this is a perfect vehicle
