This is probably one of the best vehicles that I ever owned taking it to North Carolina twice from Long Island New York and it was an amazing trip great gas mileage for an SUV quiet comfortable my only complaint is that you can't change the stereo head unit other than that this is a perfect vehicle

This car was a great value, reliable, steers and handles very nicely, Roomy ith lots of storage, Great legroom for a tall driver, I'm 6'5" and I sit very comfortable. Bucket seats are adjustable for all driver types, shapes and sizes.

Good People, Great Attitudes, Great Service. We've been waiting a while for our new battery from GM. After our new battery became available...John Elway and our service rep (Dimitrios) jumped all over it and in less than 10 days, it was order, installed, etc.

Seeing over the hood is difficult and on left and right the way its designed. I have been up on curbs more than not. Unless, redesigned would not buy again. The navigation screen is hard to see.

Great service, service provider was exceptional. Repairs weee done timely & was kept informed of progress.

Only Issue I have it’s friction between leathers seats and middle console. Avoid leather seats, Dealers can’t do much with this issue to be fixed. Other on that it’s a great vehicle.

Luis Flora was awesome! He took the time to listen to my long list of 'must-haves/wants' in a car and showed me several options. He let me take my time to test drive several cars and decide which one I liked best. I love my Nissan Murano 2017 SV bought it brand new! Only problem had this year was having to change the cam shafters. My car is black so you see all scratches. The paint job could be better quality.

By far one of the best suvs I’ve ever own, AWD, V6, Bose sound system, pano roof, nasa foam seats, CarPlay, you don’t need much else on it, even came with the blacked out wheels from factory, it was clean from the day I got it and it’s still great now, drove from Pittsburgh PA to Newport Beach, CA and I’d do it again in a heartbeat, no problems what so ever. Peeled the plastic off of it from the dealer myself.

I bought a rebuilt from salvage car back in 2018 and was very hesitant about it knowing that the car was totaled. The car they sold me that was rebuilt completely by surefire motors has been amazing and completely reliable. It has never needed a repair or anything at all.

I've driven Nissan for several years already. This 2021 Murano has the beautiful look to it. The only issue was a strut on both sides that went out, but the warranty covered it all. Total reliable vehicle for the fam!

I bought a car here for my 16 year old daughter 10/1/22 and our salesman, Jeff was great. However the beginning of December we started having some issues with the rear breaks and transmission. I was very stressed as I'm a widowed mom and can't afford these types of repairs, especailly when we've only had the car a couple months. I contacted the Jeff who got me in touch with the GM, Justin Lombardi, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am! They gave me a loaner and did all the repairs at no cost to me. I highly recommend this dealership!

I love this car. It is fun to drive. I am still learning how to use everything, but I am having fun learning. It gets great gas mileage which is important since I drive 100 miles a day. I feel so spoiled with all of the features that it has.

Had a great experience for my last service for my car. Not only did they fix my car, they also added the recall fix so I wouldn?t have to come in in August. Shawn the advisor also went above and beyond and helped me get the car seat out of the car for my son and helped me carry everything in to switch cars.

I’ve owned this car for 5 years and have loved it. I was in a rear end accident where the car went under me and the car took that damage. After getting it back from the auto shop I’ve driven it for 4 years with no issues. The guy in the Lexus said he would buy one based on how well my car took that accident. Super comfortable to drive, good cameras and blind spot.

Only thing is sorry paint job on the 2017 Murano I have . Went to car wash you use the sprayers. Well my paint on top close to sunroof has come off. And loos like crap. Any recalls on paint?

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

I love it! It’s very nice inside. The outside could be better but I like it enough to buy it and I’m glad I did. Regular gas instead of premium is a huge plus. Loaded with options because it’s the platinum edition!

Bought a brand new 2020 Murano "S" on March 1,2021 for $26,499 as they wanted to clear the lot of the 2020 models and could not be happier!! I drive a 1993 Mazda 4x4 60 times a year to a ski resort as I do NOT want the Murano to be subjected to the liquid salt applied to the roads here in Idaho. The last day of the season the roads were dry and as I drove out of the crowd at the after ski party....a parent yelled "you drive THIS?" Has only 10,500 miles and is worth now over $32,000 as ALL used cars are usually more than what people paid for them new in the last 2 years.

Our 2020 saved my wife Dawn and my lives . Head on crash Sept. 3021 . I suffered a fractured neck at the C2 level . Surgery followed in Jan. 2022 . We took delivery of our 2022 Murano today , May 13 . No doubt as to what make , model we chose to replace our 2020 Murano .

I owned a 2016,2018,2021 platinum. It is outstanding. Wonderfully comfortable, handles like a dream, not one thing ever went wrong. The updated GPS in 2021 is great, showing exit ramp with actual sign. 2021 was the SL gray with black wheels AWD-love it. Every time I get behind the wheel the shine never wears off. Buying my third one says it all. The safety equipment, ride and appearance sold me. I finally feel like I own something in this world that is flawless. Gives me endless driving pleasure. On long trips the seats are very comfortable. Under 10 mph all four wheels get power, then computer takes over. Next car will probably be another one fully equipped. Love music and this one delivers!

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.
