Brought my daughter's car in for a scheduled oil change. Service dept. realized that inspection was due in two months and they offered to do that also at the same visit on a busy Saturday. Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

I waited too long to call for my new PA state inspection and was told the north hills dealership was out for 5 weeks, for an inspection on a GX with 8,600 miles. I called Katie at the south side location and she managed to “squeeze “ me in the next business day! Only 16000 miles on it. Had trouble with radio, software fix, hath back seat d trouble with seat going down when pull releas latch at 2000 miles, had to have broken plastic piece replaced. 1 engine mount had collapsed, when took in for radio repair. Had to have that replaced. All was under warranty.

I bought my 2011 murano in 2023. It has 134,000 miles on her. I replaced a/c compressor and alternator. About 800 dollars in total. Normal for a car that's older. But other than that smooth ride inside is comfy. Lots of extras. Paint is a,little sensitive. But very reliable.

Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?
