My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
Polo met me at the door on a cold day. I was after a specific car and he answered all my questions and made it very comfortable to ask all sorts of questions.
I had to transfer some funds and they were very accommodating to wait the two days needed for an electronic transfer of funds.
When picking up the car, Polo went over the extremely large check of the car and they replaced brake pads and repaired rotors. What a relief.

I went to numerous dealers over the past few months. Most of them have been nightmares. From the second I walked in the employees were friendly and helpful. The truck I got was so much more then I expected. But I basically got a new truck . They worked with me and helped me figure out the best plan for me. I'm glad I chose to go to this dealership. I also want to give a shout out to Adam Ritchie, he also went the extra mile for me in obtaining what was a very unique finance situation, I cant thank him enough and lastly Mike Brand in finance. He was very thorough and helped me get through this process quickly and explained the extended warranties in a way that I had not thought entirely through. The answer to what you really want to know is yes I will be returning to buy another vehicle from kia country and I hope these same 3 can help make buying a car as painless as you could ask for. Stumbled upon this Nissan dealer after a few failed attempts with other dealers. Was greeted with positivity, smiles, and the attention and support that I needed. One of the sales people, Ed, worked tirelessly for hours showing me different cars and finally found me a car that best suited my needs: low mileage, the color I wanted, and the style I requested, while being extremely generous with my trade in. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson and dealer. Will definitely be recommending this to all I know and returning for more cars!

I contacted the dealer because the mileage advertised seemed very low in relation to the price. The dealer contacted me immediately and confirmed that the advertised mileage was incorrect. At that point the was no longer a good deal and a thanked him for a quick response.
Jim West is more than a salesman, he really cares about finding just the right car for his customer., and doesn't pressure you into buying a car 'on that day' like some others we've encountered. If you want a caring, friendly person to help you find a car, Jim is the guy. We are really happy with the car he located for us!

Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
This was a good car-buying experience. The salesman was Richard Cortez and he was calm, practical, listened to what I said and didn’t try to override me. No one at this dealership wasted time, and although everyone wants to get the best deal possible, especially a car dealership, I never felt less than in control of the negotiation or pressured. I felt that Richard had his manager’s support throughout. Everyone was nice as well as low key, including the finance manager I dealt with. I like the CX5 I bought, but to put the cherry on top, the GM of the dealership, largest in the city, thanked me for my business. Kudos to North Park Mazda.
Came in to replace battery and service rep or supervisor, (not really sure), was very quick and courteous. I was out with only 15 minutes or so. I love how you don???t need to make any appointments for any service.
