Bought my 2012 rogue 3 months ago best buying exp in 40 yrs of buying cars excellent staff great deal. Now 3 months later a mechanic not with dealer tells me rear brakes rotors shocks all bad approx $1100 dollars. Went to dealer and they are doing all repairs. No charge how great is this place to deal w thanks I'm a retired police officer on a pension n these guys are the BEST

Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. Kyle LeSueur had lined this all up (thank you!) and then Steven came out to greet me! Totally floored me and could not have been happier to catch up and laugh about a few more grey hairs, both of us. This vehicle fits my needs and is needed for my business. Great for hauling equipment and supplies. Excellent on gas and handles pretty well on the highway. So far so good.
I bought about 5 cars over the past 10 years and no problem with them.once in a while some minor issues but they were open about it and fix. It Ken helped a lot as always. I recommend this place to everybody

Not too good on acceleration ( don't pull out in heavy traffic) MPG is decent but drops a lot with the use of AC. Still like it though

our specifications. Unfortunately we were $500 apart which was a shame because we were ready to buy the car right there. Surprised they let us walk but would still recommend Hugo.
Worked with Zee. He had a basic approach..."Let the car sell itself". He allowed my 18 year old son, and myself, fiddle around, purposely stall the car to check the clutch, and test drive without being anywhere around. "Just come for me when you're finished". The car was in great shape and cleaned up both inside and out; including the engine compartment. Great experience. Only comment would be ....... provided only one key/FOB. Turns out additional $230 to get a second Key from Mazda. Would be nice if TradeMark would take care of this courtesy prior to the sale.
Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac helped me by locating the exact GMC Terrain model (SLE-2 Night Fall) I was seeking in the only color I was wanting to purchase (Crimson Red). Not only did they locate this very limited edition model they found 3 of them and offered me complete fully detailed comparisons for the vehicles they located. From my initial approach by sales representative Dennis Wamsley through the completion of the financial paperwork the positive experience with this dealership was far beyond my expectations. Each individual I dealt with was professional, personable and highly knowledgable concerning the vehicle and the complete purchasing process. I have purchased more than 20 new cars in the past 40+ years and I honestly, without hyperbole or exaggeration, believe this to be my best overall purchase of a new car. Dennis Wamsley was my primary introduction to Springfield GM and, had his initial approach not been as low key (no pressure), positive and friendly as it was I would have most likely continued my vehicle search with other GMC dealers since the exact car I was seeking was not currently on the lot at Springfield GMC. The follow through by dealership manager Zack Funkhouser further convinced me that I was not only receiving the exact vehicle I was seeking but that I was offered a fair and reasonable purchasing deal. Overall I feel my decision to visit Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac was probably the best car buying decision I've ever made. After an excruciating day of looking at cars and not finding the "perfect" one we wanted, we were at the end of our patience. Then we saw a car online that fit exactly what we needed, what we liked, and in the price range we were hoping for, but it was on the other side of town from us. I called and talked to John and asked for his honest opinion on the vehicle before I took the 45 minute trek out. He said he would and would call me back. True to his word, he called me back about 10 minutes later and told me what HE thought of the vehicle, what scuffs or dirt he saw, what he thought about the car, and if he would sell this to a family member. That is the kind of honesty that made me trust these guys. We loaded up the kids, told him we would come and buy the car, and headed out that way.
The car was exactly as he said it was. We took a test drive and noticed a little noise in the breaks. He promised to make sure that was looked at by his mechanic. He fixed it! I'm not even sure what the cost was, but it was no additional cost to us. That was huge.
John made the process fast and easy for us. I could not be happier with my car-purchasing experience.

These Vans are the perfect service vehicles all around. They get great mileage compared to the rangers we usually have bought in the past and having everything inside is a huge bonus.
We worked with Jennifer Thompson and the entire experience was great. I called to inquire about a highlander and she was able to answer all my questions. We made the trip from NOVA that weekend to look at the car. We decided to by (no pressure situation) and they were able to get us out the door in a few hours. We reccomend t this place for any certified used toyotas.
I purchased a 2007 Toyota 4Runner and the truck was in terrific shape. Mario, the salesman, helped me through the entire process. My credit was less than perfect, but Edmund helped me get a low monthly payment, with a low down payment. Thanks Mario and Edmund for all your help. If your looking to purchase a used vehicle, I highly recommend Best Buy Quality Cars!
My parents were looking learn more about the Nissan Leaf and get a test drive, and I came along. There were some available to try out, though not in the color my mom preferred. After the test drive, they started wondering if they really wanted an electric car after all. The sales guy, Thondy, suggested the Altima. My mom test drove that and felt it was much more like what she was used to. Thondy was very patient with them (they can be a handful :-) and spent a lot of time answering their questions. Although they did not decide to buy a car that day, the information and test drives were valuable to them, and they need to think more about their requirements.
