Treated Us Like the Most Important Customers

My husband and I drove down to Planet Nissan from our home 2 hours away to test drive and possibly purchase a used Nissan. We had quick and courteous email replies from Marty, from Internet sales, as we made sure the vehicle was still available. Once we arrived we were immediately greeted by several salesman outside the dealership who were eager to help but since we had made plans with Marty we were directed inside. We had to bring our 2-year-old son with us and we were happy to see that there was a well stocked play room for him to play in while we were talking with Marty. He was happy to let us move our car seat into the vehicle we were there to see so that the whole family could be in on the test drive. He had good knowledge of the car and talked about the specs with my husband and he was very kind and patient with our son. We ended up not buying the vehicle, for personal reasons. The vehicle was in great shape and the service top-notch so we have no complaints there, it just wasn't the right vehicle for us at this moment. Marty was understanding, not pushy at all, and said he would keep in touch in case he found any other vehicles that we may be interested in. I would easily go back and would refer friends and family to this dealership.
