Ted is amazing! He is down to earth, and excellent communicator, and Honest! We get all of our vehicles serviced here because we can communicate with him, determine what does actually need to be done, and get service and repairs completed the way they should be. We only have Toyotas and Mazdas for now, but our relationship with Ted is going to make our next purchase a NISSAN!
I had a great experience in buying my used car. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. Sales person Dulce Cuevas made the whole process very easy and not stressful. Very professional. My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
I had a 2016 Nissan Altima, which I loved and the lease was coming due. With bad weather approaching, I KNEW that I needed the 2018 AWD Nissan Altima. We called around and Eric went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great deal and great experience on leasing this car! He was awesome and I highly recommend him and the Lancaster Nissan dealership!
I recently leased a car from Coast Honda and had a phenomenal car buying experience. Started by filling out a lead form online and worked some numbers then went into the dealership. From the moment I walked through the door I did not feel pressured or just another car sale. They delivered a great car buying experience, Dennis delivered over the top customer service from start to finish he was superb and worked with the team to get the car down to the payments I wanted to pay. The car color of the car I was looking for was not at the dealership but they were very accommodating and got the color I wanted. Before driving the car off the lot Dennis went through everything in the car to make sure I knew how to work every feature in the car. When it came time to signing, Mike was very through and answered any and all questions I had. I would recommend Coast Honda for anyone in the market for a new or -pre-owned car they are fantastic to work with!!!
I???ve been going to this dealership ( KOEPPEL NISSAN QUEENS ) for over 20yrs. My experience there have always been Great . Danny Colon my sales guy is always courteous & very knowledgeable , and answers all the questions I had. Danny takes the time to explain all the details on the vehicle even told me things that I didn???t know about the vehicle that I was not aware of. I keep going back to this dealer because I???m treated with respect.
Just an overall nice, easy experience. great value.

I bought a car here YEARS ago. I brought it in for service and after the experience vowed NEVER to go back. I told the manager his dealership was the best advertisement for Toyota.
I needed to get my car tuned up including new brakes and shocks. I called and set up appointment for the next day. When I got in my car the sound was so bad, I asked if I could bring it in a day early.
I did, they took me where I needed to go. Everything was professional, friendly, and quick. I couldn't believe it. Technicians were great and so was the front of house and management, where the problem was before, Good Job Cardinale!

My positive experience was due to working with Nigel Erickson, the salesman. I spent weeks deciding, and trying cars. I purchased a car and decided to upgrade and he took the time to find me the car I wanted buried behind others cars, in a storm, at night and at a different location. He was always positive, helpful and professional . I got to know him a bit over time and found he has big heart. The dealership is quite lucky to have him. He has worked in a caring profession in the past, taking care of others, but now he is a salesman. The skills carried over because his big heart is obvious. I felt appreciated as a customer and a person. I wasn't treated as less because I am a female purchasing a car. I felt valued and it made me want to continue working with CARR in the future.
