An Excellent and Pain Free Car Purchase Experience

I had the very same experience as so many others had at So. Easton Motors Sales, Inc. Purchasing the car was so easy and seamless. I had looked at their website and found four cars that interested me before going. When I arrived, I was greeted by Derek (the owner) and showed him the list. All four cars were available and he told me that I could take each one out for a test drive for as long as I wanted. I looked at the cars and was interested in two: A VW Passat and a Nissan Altima. He handed me the keys and I took the Altima for a drive and liked it very much. (The VW was a bit too small for me.) When I returned and walked back into the office-Derek asked me what I thought and (in a nutshell) I picked up the car on August 31st. Absolutely no pressure. I had set criteria for the purchase before I began the process of looking for a used car. 1.) The retailer had to have good/excellent reviews. 2.) The car price had to be at or below my price point. 3.) The car had to be a model/make I was interested in and be in good/excellent condition. 4.) The car had to be a 2015 or newer and have less than 40k miles. 5.) The sale price had to be within the parameters of the Kelly Blue Book value. 6.) The interest rate for financing had to be at or below 4%. So. Easton Motor Sales met/exceeded every one of my criteria. I had arrived on the lot at about 9:30 a.m. and walked out at 11:00 a.m. with the exact car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay with financing below the rate I wanted to pay. (I do have an excellent credit rating.) Derek took care of everything-all I had to do is write a check for the down-payment and call my insurance company. I went back a few days later and picked up the car from Eric. Couldn???t have been easier. I feel that I was treated very fairly and that I purchased a quality car that I look forward to driving for the next several years. Nov. 16, 2018: Addendum to original review: I discovered the defrost function on the rear window was not working. I called So. Easton and they said with no hesitation-bring the car in and we'll take care of it. Brought the car in and they had it fixed that day. Turned out-it was never connected at the factory. I bought the car in August-so, there was no way this could've been known by So. Easton or at the time I bought the car. So. Easton stands behind their warranty and the cars they sell. Proof that So. Easton Motors is an auto dealer with integrity. Very, very pleased with everything. I highly recommend this dealer.
